Chapter 8: Arrogant
Ms. Eyer started her lesson on Mana and its movement. Most of this was uninteresting to Vicar since he already knew how to do this, he was way more powerful than Ms. Eyer.
He looked down and started looking at his stat screen seeing if he could combine any spells using skill diffusion. Ms. Eyer who was lecturing stopped looked at Vicar and frowned.
The other students got worried as they heard of Ms. Eyer's Classroom Taboo of not paying attention, and right now Vicar was doing just that.
All of a sudden everyone felt the pressure of a mage push down on them as Ms. Eyer's mana filled to the room. Everyone fell to the ground, well everyone except Vicar who stood up and stared at Ms. Eyer.
Ms. Eyer was shocked as she had never encountered anyone who could stand up from her aura. The only people who could be those from the Astley Clan. Vicar looked at Ms. Eyer and smiled "This measly amount of mana and you want to suppress me, hahaha."
Vicar wasn't putting up the act of being weak anymore, he looked at the entire academy and the strongest Mage was only at 75,000 mana, the strongest knight was at 60,000 Battle Power. No one in this academy could stop him, and he doubted anyone in the kingdom could stop him either.
Ms. Eyer was furious at this new academy student daring to go against her "YOU DARE GO AGAINST ME, FIREBALL!!!"
She then launched a basic fireball spell that she expected to only injure Vicar, but when the fireball hit his body nothing happened, the fire dissipated into nothing shocking the entire class. Vicar stood tall as if nothing happened, not even a wrinkle on his clothes was found.
Vicar smilled "Well, you are weak, let me use the same spell and see what happens to you."
Vicar lifted his hand and a small fireball, the size of a tennis ball appeared in his hand, although the spell looked small, an aura pressured everyone in this room even Ms. Eyer. Vicar launched the fireball and even before anyone could blink, Ms. Eyer was sent flying out of the classroom, breaking the wall behind her.
The class looked at Vicar with horror, especially Ava who previously provoked him, she thought "He... He is this powerful... what is going to happen to me now?"
Ava was terrified and even thought of running away, but that thought flew away when Vicar turned around and looked at Ava with a smile that would scar her for life.
Vicar was about to leave the academy to find stronger opponents when an aura took over the classroom and a voice boomed across the academy "ARROGANT!"
Vicar was now interested in this person, he turned towards the origin of the sound and his voice although it wasn't a boom like the other person it still left a lasting affect to the students and teachers "Well if I'm arrogant why don't you come down here and fight me, you aren't my match anyways..."
