Chapter 12: Meconopsis
"Azure! You seem to have gotten a gift~" Mia giggled as she brought up a batch of flowers to Azure.
Azure took the bouquet into her hands and stared listlessly at them.
"Tsk~ such a boring reaction.." Mia pouted.
"No...why..." Azure thought to herself.
Azure took the card and read it as Mia glanced over her shoulder.
Mia grinned and yelled excitedly, "Oh my goshhhhh!!! Heheh...Azure, it seems like you have yourself a secret admirer!"
Azure continued to stare at the card for a few good seconds, before she headed upstairs with the flowers.
As soon as Azure shut the door behind her, she threw the flowers out the window and fell to the ground. Azure hated meconopsis because every time she saw them it reminded her over her parents.
meconopsis was once her family's favorite flower but now Azure's family was broken and she detested those flower.
Every time Azure saw them, she would get terrible mental breakdowns just like she has now.
"Why..why...WHY....why couldn't I have died...why couldn't I have been the one arrested..." Azure was hunched on the floor and was clutching her head with her hands. She trembled as more and more terrible thoughts ran through her mind.
"It...i-it hurts..." Azure thought as her head started to throb.
Before in the past, her father knew about this condition of hers, so in past, he had them all removed from the garden and never allowed her to interact with meconopsis.
After quite a while, Azure switched positions and laid with her back on the floor. Tears streamed down her blank face.
"Why.." she inaudibly whispered, as she slowly started to drift of into sleep.

_midnight_rain_ Sorry I haven’t been able to update at all during February cuz February’s and parts of March is the time where I get really busy due to dance that I take. I just finished doing a competition, that I’ve been rehearsing for, for months, yesterday. >.<
