Lie Fan right now is on board a Treasure Ship, heading toward Jianye Port with the Tian Mao Battalion and his bodyguards, watching the calm Yangtze River where he slowly sees Jianye Port in the distance.
When he finally landed at Jianye, he finally reunited with Jia Xu and Xun You who were overseeing his army group alongside Lu Jun. There Jia Xu and Xun You reported to him about the current event at Yang Province, highlighting Yan Baihu's current situation.
Jia Xu: "My Lord, Yan Baihu attacked Sheng Xian in the last months of last year, now Wu County is nearly empty with a small number of soldiers to defend Wu County."

Lu Jun: "My Lord, If I may suggest that we also destroy Yan Baihu's army in one fell swoop by attacking them from the rear, even capturing Yan Baihu if we can leaving him no chance to rise again in the future."
Lie Fan: "A splendid suggestion Lu Jun, then prepare your Army as you will be the one attacking Yan Baihu's army that is currently in battle against Sheng Xian in the rear."

Jia Xu and Xun You also agree with the favor that he gave to Lu Jun, this not only makes Lu Jun become more loyal to him but also reduces the risk of revolt in Lu Jiang where the Lu Clan is in power right now.
Lu Jun leaves the command tent to prepare his army, while Lie Fan, Jia Xu, and Xun You begin to discuss their attack plan on Wu County, even though the chance of them failing is very low it's never wrong to be prepared for any situation.
Three days passed by and Lie Fan's army group left Jianye heading toward Wu County, Jia Xu sent a letter to the Orioles in Wu County to prepare for the arrival of Lie Fan's army group.
The letter arrives in Wu when Lie Fan and his army cross Jianye County entering Wu County, attacking the smaller towns and villages near the border of the two counties taking them by surprise.
Xu Gong who was left in charge of Wu County by Yan Baihu, received the letter and information from the Oriole that Lie Fan had begun his attack on Wu County.
Receiving the information, Xu Gong then began to utilize his contacts and allies in Wu, where the bandits captain and corrupt officials who were promoted by Yan Baihu, were either assassinated or kidnapped and then recalled by people who agreed to join Lie Fan.
Of course not all managed to be assassinated or kidnapped due to Xu Gong not asking for Oriole's help, fortunately, the Orioles took matters into their own hand and helped Xu Gong neutralize them.
Lie Fan's attacks on Yan Baihu were not known by anyone, not even Sun Jian who was his ally because Lie Fan wanted to end Yan Baihu's reign, and when everyone knew of his attack he already controlled Wu.
Yan Baihu who knows about the events happening at his rear which could lead to his downfall, leads his army to attack Sheng Xian's army aggressively hoping to control Sheng Xian's domain.
Sheng Xian was defending against the aggressive attack, holding down his defenses without leaving any single flaw or chance for Yan Baihu to take advantage not allowing Yan Baihu any successes since his surprise attack last year.
Some of his middle-level generals suggested that Yan Baihu cease his attack and return to Wu to regroup, but Yan Baihu rejected the suggestion and became more confident with his choices when Yan Yu and Chen Mu supported his decision.
General A: "But My Lord, we have wasted many manpower and resources since our first attack, even though it was successful we didn't advance a single bit after that!"
Yan Yua: "Are you saying that you don't believe in the Benevolent King of East Wu?! I'm sure that Our Lord is just allowing Sheng Xiang to win every battle after our Suprise attack to lower his guard!"
General B: "Yan Yu what abhunc of nonsense are you saying right now?! Can't you look at our current situation?! We are failing miserably and as a good general and advisor to you should have advice Our Lord the best choice is to return back to Wu!"
Chen Mu: "You Imbecile! How dare you insult the younger brother of the Benevolent King of East Wu?! My Lord, I suggest that you imprison or even execute him for saying such blasphemy as an insult to you is also an insult to you and your entire family!"
General B: "What?! Chen Mu to you bastard I never insulted Our Lord! My Lord don't listen to Ch-"
Yan Baihu: "Enough! My decision is final and what Chen Mu just said is correct! Since you insulted my brother, you also insulted me! Men take him out and behead him for me! I'm a Benevolent King but that doesn't mean I accept to be insulted by you!"
The General who heard this immediately groveled on the ground and begged for mercy, unfortunately for him Yan Yun and Chen Mu together influenced Yan Baihu to not accept his begging for mercy, and he was dragged outside and then beheaded by Yan Baihu's soldiers.
The other middle-level genres who saw this immediately shut their mouth, their background were either bandit captains or corrupt generals who supported Yan Baihu to revive the rank they have today.
Since Yan Baihu decided to continue his attack on Sheng Xian, he allowed Lie Fan to easily capture many towns and villages on his way toward Wu without any resistance which truly proved a challenge to him.
When Lie Fan and his army are near Wu, Lie Fan sends Lu Jun to attack Yan Baihu from the rear, detaching the Lujuang Army from his Army Group heading south toward Sheng Xian's domain while subjugating the towns and villages on their path and consolidating Lie Fan's control over Wu County faster.
