Chapter 19: THANOS REACTS
In a distant region of space, in an area surrounded by asteroids sat a huge purplish skin man on a throne, his name, Thanos the Mad titan.
He was staring off in the void of space, deep in thought about his vision to save the universe from its ever expanding population that would soon outstrip the resources present.
He knew when was done, trillions of lives would be lost, but they were necessary sacrifice to save the universe.
Suddenly Thanos heard one of his loyal servants approaching his throne, it was none after than The Other.
"Dark Lord, Loki has failed us." The Other said as he bowed to Thanos who had his throne turned away from him.
"The chitauri force that invaded Earth has been wiped out. The humans they are not the cowering wretches we were promised, they stand, they are unruly, and therefore cannot be ruled. To challenge them is to court...Death."
Thanos gave The Other a sideways glance and sneered.
"And there is more Dark Lord, a man from Earth was able to get on the Chitauri command ship"
Thanos turned his chair to face The Other.
"Show me" he said.
The Other raised his hand and it was a portable 3D hologram projector that began showing images of what transpired on the Chitauri space ship.
It started with Kal phasing through the ships outer hall, then with a wave of his hand all the bridges occupants were twisted like plastic bottles.
Kal stepping over their bodies and then him accessing there computers and flipping through all there information.
Then the scene of The Other and Kal interacting which was followed by him destroying the war table with a snap of his fingers ending his talk with the Other.
The finale was Kal flying through the ship in to space before it was hit by a nuke.
The hologram ended the video and went off.
A smile appeared on Thanos' face, "The other mad god" he said.
Thanos then looked at the Other, "since he calls himself a god, lets test that. Send out a picture of his face and put a bounty on him. Should he survive the bounty hunters from all over the cosmos, then he well be qualified for me to take personal action."
"My lord, what price should I put on the bounty?" The Other asked.
"Put one of the Planets in my domain which should inspire the bounty hunters to work harder" Thanos replied.
The Other bowed, he was about to turn and leave, but stopped himself to ask "why not just send the Black Order? They could finish him off with easy"
"They are busy, now leave and fulfil my orders"
"Yes Dark Lord"
And with that, The Other turned and left to complete Thanos' order.
As for Thanos, he turned his throne back to the stars and went back in to his thoughts.

Across the cosmos, a message from none other than Thanos the Mad Titan was transmitted bouncing from satellite to satellite, space station to space station, and space ship to space ship containing the imagine of Kal El, wanted dead with a bounty of a planet as a reward. Attained was also his current location, Earth.
Deep in space in a mining settlement known as Knowhere, Kal face was displayed on the screens in every bar, on the screens in the streets and even as pop up on people's personally communicators.
"Are you going to collect this bounty?"
"NO freaking way. Someone who has an entire planet as a bounty reward, isn't someone you should fuck with"
Not far from this group a beautiful green skin woman was looking a Kal bounty, "What did he do to piss off Thanos?"
"Are you thinking of going after the bounty dear sister?" asked a blue skinned woman with cybernetic augmentations.
The green skin woman looked, "Nebula, I didn't expect to see you here"
Nebula smiled, "well dear Gamora, father wants us to work together and help the Kree mad man, Ronan find the stone"
"Then let's get to work" Gamora said as she walked out the bar with Nebula following.

In the depth of space, a few million light years from Earth, floating in a distant region of space was a ship carrying a crew of 5. They were looking at the bounty on Kal with smiles on their faces.
"Are we going after him?"
Their leader laughed, "of course we are."
"Looks like Sandorr's Hunters are about to become the proud owners of a Planet" one of the crew said.
"YEAH" the other hunters cheered loudly.
"Set a course for Earth" Sandorr there leader ordered.
The Sandorr's Hunters weren't the only bounty hunters to decide to collect the bounty on Kal's head, as a cross the cosmos many deadly bounty hunters jumped on their ships and flew off to Earth.

Back on Earth….
Kal and the Avengers were seated in Shawarma Palace around a table surrounded by the rubble from the Battle of New York, enjoying a meal in silence.
They had just had a very long day and were all exhausted, expect for Kal.
Kal was having a very nice day and he was sure it was about to get a lot more interesting.
Suddenly from his ring, there was beep sound, then a hologram image of his face was projected.
It was the bounty poster that was currently being beamed across space.
"What is that?" Natasha asked.
She wasn't the only one wondering what it was, Steve, Tony, Barton and Banner also wanted to know but the bounty poster wasn't in English so they were clueless.
"It's a bounty placed on Kal El" Thor answered Natasha's question.
"And the reward is a planet. Who did you piss off?" Thor asked.
Thanos name was there was the one offering the reward, but Kal block Thor's mind from seeing the name.
It was still too early for them to learn about Thanos.
Kal shrugged his shoulders, "I don't know who I pissed off" he said in reply to Thor's question.
Thor sighed, "it looks like earth in about to have a lot more visitors from the stars" he said.
