Chapter 109: It's like flowers started to bloom in Spring
Seeing Marga hysterically crying just thinking about losing his Aunt, what more would happen if it would really happen in the future, he just doesn't want to think about it yet.
"You want Aunt Fatima not to worry about you, right?" Stephen said, and with that, he saw his wife's eyes glimmer with hope and she stopped her tears from flowing. She nodded slowly in agreement, although it would hurt she wants Sister Fatima to leave with ease.
"Be strong Marga. I will always be here for you, and Aunt Fatima knows that I am with you as well so she is not so worried now." Stephen kissed the crown of her head.
Marga slowly calmed herself down, thinking about what she can do to make most of the remaining days of Sister Fatima, so now she has a new goal, to make Sister Fatima happy every day, and she will make sure of it.
"Do you think it is okay if we leave for Fountain Country tomorrow?" Marga suddenly asked worry etching on her face.
"Yes, it is okay. But Aunt cannot go with us, her body might now be able to take the pressure during the flight." understanding what Marga was thinking "you don't have to worry, if all goes well, we can go back right away, even right after your ball." he continued.
"Okay, I will let grandpa know that I will go back once the ball is over. I have to take care of Sister Fatima first. ahmm, do you think grandpa will mind?" Marga suddenly remembered that her grandpa also just found her and would really like to spend time with her as well.
"Well, if you ask me, since you just found each other, it would also be nice if you spend more time together. How about you invite grandpa back here, and Aunt Johanna too, they can spend some time here as well." Stephen suggested he wanted his wife to be happy more than anything else.
"Yeah, that's a really good idea. Thanks sweetheart, it is really great to have you." then gave her husband a quick peck on the lips and patted his head like a good boy. She was ready to face whatever it is that she needs to.
She stood up, then reached for the door "You take a rest first." she then blew him a kiss before going out of their room. Then her gloomy feature came back, she doesn't want to be a burden to Sister Fatima or her grandpa and especially not her husband. She has to be strong for her family.
Instead of going to Sister Fatima's room, she decided to change her route and go to the garden. She needed time to think, and needed badly to breathe. When she reached her favourite spot in the garden, her body met the chilly air and she shivered a little, she loved the cold weather, it made some of her senses numb. She has to accept the fact that she may have a few days left and she doesn't want to waste it over tears, she wants to have a happy memory for Sister Fatima to carry when she would...she could not say it...her throat suddenly dry, she wanted to cry again.
Suddenly she heard somebody talking, "I want to apologize for being rude to you a while back Mr. Son, I just want my niece to have everything since we just found her, and it has been years that she has not been at our side. I felt a little jealous because she truly cared for Sister Fatima, and I was wondering if she would care for me like that too. Again I truly apologize for my behaviour." Johanna spoke with a soft voice which made an itching feeling in George's heart, he is really getting this weird sensation awakened since this lady came here.
"I understand how you feel Ms Lim, and thank you for your understanding as well. "Mr Son said softly as well but his, Johanna find it very alluring, good heavens, what is happening to her, she might have ate something when she came here, she's having some weird thoughts about this man ever since she laid eyes on him.
Marga saw how her Aunt and Father-in-law looked at each other, it's like flowers started to bloom in spring, could it be?
