Chapter 2: 1- All hail a ruler
The chants of praise could be heard from miles away. People like Floena could hear chants from a whole other Kingdom!
Floena is a human gardener. She loves flowers especially lillies because it was her mothers name. Her parents had been killed for going against the law.
They had loved each other illegally. They were of different race, and that love was banned after Ruby. Worst of all, one was Fairy and one was Elf. Sworn enemys of war in love!
Floena was trying to fall back asleep but she had worries. Worries about the war a 18 year old would be in charge of leading. Worried avout her sister who left an hour ago. Worried about Marigold, a fairy who left during a faory hunt.
But most of all, thinking about why something felt so familiar. Memories, love, and all that was ignored by her for she had none. Her memories were erased as a kid so she felt no love for her people she had never met.
She lived in a forest for petes sake! The people don' t like her... because shes weird. Every time something weird happens she is around.
So they live in a forest away from the people of the kingdom. Away from the evil mystery king. Away from the war.
But how long is that going to last?
