Chapter 3: Katie's Backstory (Part 2)
The man quickly ran away.
Katie starred at this strange package the man had just given to her. On the front, it said,
"Enjoy."
She opened it, and couldn't believe her eyes. She took it out of it's envelope.
"This can't be real," she said, as she hugged $100,000 in cash.
She quickly went to the nearest bus stop. She stopped at a small phone shop to buy a phone. Katie was so happy. She started researching apartments, and not the cheap one she lived in before. She found one, and starting renting it out. Katie bought food, clothes, furniture, and everything else essential for living. Katie found a high school near her that she could easily walk to, and 2 years later, she graduated.
