Chapter 498: Barren Wasteland

Several days after leaving the fort, Ailwin and a couple of his soldiers arrived at the Kregia Union border.

Where the Kaia Kingdom was grassy with mostly fertile land and the changing of seasons. The Kregia Union is in the south with only two temperature ruling the land hot and cold.

This left the land and it's inhabitants dealing with scorching heat in the day and freezing cold temperatures at night.

When crossing the last few legs of the Kaia territory, everyone could see the drastic difference between the two countries.

"Damn, did we just enter the desert!" Hycis yelled as he patted away the sweat forming on his forehead.

Ailwin and Braeden frowned.

They had once battled with the Kregia people on there land before and it was never this harsh of a living environment.

"Something has definitely got wrong here." Braeden scanned the close to barren land.
