Chapter 7: Diary entry #5

Update- I was finally able to run away my pursuers they called back up, which was about 12 more guys.
I led them to a half collapsed mansion I saw while running. Then I picked them off one by one.
The first of the seventeen to die was a guy maybe in his late 30's, he was not paying attention and was right above the ledge I was hiding under.
I easily pulled him over the ledge and slit his throat while keeping him silent.
I took his revolver and ammo and put in my bag, and took his knife in my other hand to take on the other guys.
The next 3 where easy just plugged their mouths and slit their throats.
The 4th one was harder because he was a big guy who was on the second floor, after thinking I decided to wait till he was near a window then I would push him, fall, use him as a cushion, then slit his throat.
Harder than it seems, I almost broke a leg because I almost missed his body on the landing.
All went to according to plan, except the guy managed to shot the wall as we were falling.
I got up grabbed his gun and dove behind wall just as the other started shooting.
One of the bullets managed to hit my leg, taking a quick look I can see the bullet didn't go all the way through.
I started to bleed, the only thought in my head was "Got to finish this, gotta to patch up my leg."
I took the gun I grabbed from the guy I pushed, out and started fireing back.
Managed to kill 2 and injure 3 during the gunfight. After running out of ammo I grap the revolver out of my bag, and fired till that was out.
After that I put all the guns in my bag and decided to run and this time I managed to leave them behind.
As of now I am in the settlement healing from the gunshot wound in my leg, I managed to pull out the bullet, cleaned the wound, and wrapped it up.
All of this while in a inn room I rented for a 2 weeks.
I also feel like someone is watching me again when I go down to eat, but I can't tell where it's coming from.
I need to finish this and hurry up and heal.
