Chapter 14: Skype
"Do you have FaceTime or Skype?" Kenji asked.
"Umm yes, I have Skype... why?" I said.
"Cause, I don't really want to text, but talk Instead, if you dont mind." said Kenji.
Hesitated, cause I was Scrubby, I said "sure" anyways.
He then asked for my Skype name and added me.
I quickly fixed my hair to the best that I can. Damn, if only I had a mirror near by I thought. But soon enough the Skype started to ring and a call was being made...
*Ring ring*

*Ring ring*
I quickly answered.
Kenji was still fixing his camera when I had answered and he asked me to wait a bit. So I waited. He continued on messing with the camera to make sure it was in the right position in which he was able to see me and I could see him. He then smiled. At that moment, I felt my cheeks heating up and I smiled too.
He was wearing a black v-neck shirt with a red cap on his head. He smiled again.
K: Hi, sorry about making you wait. :)
Me: No worries, it wasn't long.
K: That's good... *looks at me*
Me: What? Why are you looking at me like that?
K: Nothing, it's just I forgot how pretty you
Me: Eww Stop
K: No I'm serious.... :)
Me: Haha, thanks. But stop looking at me like that, You're making me feel shy.
K: You don't need to feel shy, you're so cute and pretty looking. I love your smile.
Me: :) Haha, well I'm more shy now hearing you say that.
K: You know I can look at your smile all day long without getting bored or tired of looking at your face?
Me: Haha, oh really?
K: Yes, of course and I mean it too..... so can I ask you a favor?
Me: Um sure. What's up?
K: Since you're so cute and all when you smile... Can I take a picture of you smiling?
Me: Wait what!? Haha, No. My hair is a mess from going to school all day. I'm such a mess. How about another time?
K: Please? Come on, If I wait another time I'm going to miss you more. Please?
Me: Are you sure? I'm ugly right now.
K: I'm sure cause you're always pretty
*I blushed and smiled*
K: Are you ready?
Me: I guess
K: Okay, on a count of 3, smile
Me: Ok
K: 1, 2, and 3
I smiled & he took some pictures
* After a few pictures
Me: Okay, stop ahhaah, that's enough You have plenty!
K: Haha, ok ok. You're so cute though. I love your smile.
Me: :)
K: Can we skype like this all the time?
Me: It depends, cause you know I work and all on top of school so maybe after 4PM or so since I get off school at 3:20PM.
K: That's ok. I'll wait for you. As long as I get to see you a little bit every night or so I'll be happy.
Me: Okay, that's fine as long as you don't mind waiting sometimes especially since I work sometime right after school and won't be done til 7PM or 8PM.
K: Regardless I just want to see you.
Me: Okay, if you say so :)
K: I know so.
We continued skyping for the rest of the night, only to find out that It was already 12:30 in the morning and I had to be up for school at 6. That said, we said our goodbyes.
Me: It was nice talking to you and all, but it's getting late, we both should sleep.
K: How about another 30 minutes?
Me: I wish, but maybe some other time ok?
K: Awww... Please?
Me: I'm sorry I really have to go.
K: It's okay, you have a goodnight ok?
Me: Yes, you too! goodnight
K: But Hey Can I see you tomorrow?
Me: Yes, But I work til 7PM.
K: I'll be here. :)
Me: Alright. Goodnight :)
K: Goodnight.
