Chapter 13: Leaving for school
After the exam, Sun and Rea walked out of the room and entered the big hall, where countless students were still waiting to be examined. Rea handed Sun his result paper, which was generated by the measuring instrument.
"Sun, take this as a temporary confirmation of your power, although there are no results, with my signature it will be valid."
"Okay!"
At the same time, Marvin Herrmann also finished his exam.
He looked into the crowd and searched for his buddies. Then his gaze fell upon Sun with a girl.
He walked towards Sun with an arrogant look.

Blank. Is this a joke?", Marvin said with a mocking face.
His behavior toward Sun could be seen as a bully in high school in America.
"Who the f*ck are you? How dare you insult my future student as a failure?", Rea said angrily.
Marvin did not think of the little girl highly and went on with his insults.
"Get lost. Your joke was really bad. Judging for your power, you are a low ranked Mage teacher.
I was accepted into Balad Magic School. It is ranked in the top 100 in Esperia! I bet you teach in some kind of underground school for human mages!"
The fact that Marvin could not sense Rea's aura, was that her cultivation rank was far higher than his.
He could only see a light flicker. Normally people would know that she is high ranked, but Marvin obviously didn't know it.
The insult hit Rea's nerves and she snapped.
Her honor as a prestigious teacher was disrespected by some rich brat that didn't know the fundamentals of aura sensing.
She cast a voice transmission spell.
"I'm done with you. First, you come here to talk sh*t about Sun and then start disrespect my presence. As the head inspector, I hereby degrade all your scores by a whole mark.", she said.
"And Sun is ranked first in this year's exam. He's a prodigy and I'm a teacher at Esperia Magic School!
If you dare to insult my boy ever again, I will kill you outright! Know your place!"
The strong magic power from Rea entered the hall and every person inside had a surge of kowtowing. It is after all the Soul power of a goddess.
Simultaneously, Marvin was scared to hell. His wrong judging and prejudice led to this situation.
Now that his ranked are lowered, Balad Magic School will cancel his enrollment.
In a few minutes, he ruined his future. He swore that he would never take human being lightly. Now he could only hope, that his father would make something up. His family is rich after all.
Sun and Rea left him standing there like a statue and walked out of the building.
"Did you know him?", Rea asked.
"Nope, not really. He talked to me before the exams. That's all.
I've encountered many of those in the past. It's okay."
"Really?, well I suppose so. Even though we have a long history, we still have segregation toward humans. Some Ethers think they are superior to humans ...", Rea said and stopped herself.
She did not want to pursue such a bad topic.
"The Esperia Magic School is in the capital. Meet me at the teleportation stone in the city center in two days. You need to prepare and take your belongings with you. I've arranged you into one of the elite dorms."
"Thanks! By the way, do I need to buy any books?"
"You don't need to worry! I've arranged everything for you", she said.
"Use the last two days here to say goodbye to your friends and family.
I still have some work left, so I need to go back. Goodbye!", she said and disappeared.

Sun was startled by the voice and turned around. Rose was standing there.
Today, she wore a casual dark-blue dress and her hair was tied together as a ponytail.
Her black hair was shining under the faint golden light emitted by the nearby walls and her eyes were sparkling like stars in the night sky.
She was as stunning as ever and Sun caught himself for gazing upon her beauty.
"Hey? What's wrong? Did you do badly on the exam?", Rose was worried since Sun didn't talk to her after seeing her. He just stood there and --- stared.
Rose's voice pulled Sun back to reality.
"Oh about that. It went great! I'm gonna enter Esperia Magic School."
"Really? Then I'll see you there as a freshman!", she said lightly. She was happy by the fact Sun entered her school. She was secretly hoping for that outcome since Minvera herself tutored Sun before the exam.
