Chapter 46: The Children’s Villa

Though the Children's Villa was the place where the Young Master and Mistress left their children so that they could get some "adult work" done, it was also a multi-purpose facility where an abundant amount workers were present.

Why were there workers present?

Because there were numerous sectors present within the building itself containing facilities pertaining to entertaining and nurturing the Young Master's children. The upper levels of the 5-storey building were strictly for the Young Master's children to live in.

The ground floor, which was the biggest floor, consisted of areas such as the main kitchen, the family room, the main hall, the dining hall, the main ballroom, the laundry room, the Head Maid's quarters, the Head Steward's quarters, the building's Defender's office, and a few other auxiliary rooms such as bathrooms, staff lounges and a lactation room.

The first floor was the family joint entertainment centre consisting of an auditorium, a small ballroom, a martial arts dojo, a 24/7 buffet room, two three-hundred seat cinema rooms, a family lounge, a bowling hall, a laser tag room, a nursery room, a family-owned clothing outlet, a squash room, a tennis court, a basketball floor, a skating rink and some minor rooms such as Board Games centre and automatic baseball pens.

The second floor was the daughter's living area. It consisted of her bedroom, her study, a private ballroom, a flower garden, her personal maids' quarters, a shower room, a bathroom, a study room, a lecture hall, her personal martial art's instructor's room, her personal dojo, a private medical centre, and some other minor rooms such as an air shower room, an easy access kitchen and a sunroom.

The third floor was the son's living area and it was built pretty similarly to the daughter's living area with a few changes, such as a private museum instead of a flower garden, a fitness room instead of a ballroom, and an arcade instead of a sunroom.

The fourth floor was the giant bathing complex equipped with a caldarium, a sauna, a spa with an in-built message centre, an indoor swimming pool an artificial tanning centre, an artificial beach equipped with an always active wading pool, and a waterpark.

The fifth floor was a domed area with an openable roof. It consisted of a miniature amusement park equipped with 4 roller coasters, a carousel, a bumper cars pit, a bungee jumping pad, a drop tower, a racetrack, a ferris wheel, a gyro tower, 7 no-name low thrill-kiddie rides and 3 no-name high thrill rides. The fifth floor also consisted of a small observatory that was made especially for the Young Master's children to gaze at the stars.

Other than these 5 upper-level floors and the ground floor, the children were forbidden from travelling to the lower floors without parental supervision; they could only freely access these floors once they turned 13. The reason for this was because the lower floors were dangerous.

These 100 or so lower floors housed the worker's area, where the people responsible for developing the children's clothes, powering the amusement park, managing the boiler room, monitoring food quality, maintaining building security, and so on were present. For this reason, this area was off-limits.
