Chapter 43: chapter 7 part 1
He was all alone , dressed in all white he could only stare at the moon shining down on him . It looked bigger than usual , The wind was blowing but he couldn't feel it , he only felt the grass beneath his bare feet and a knot in his stomach as his vision descended to the cliff infront of him. Dressed in all black was a figure that also stared at the moon , her extraordinary dark hair blowing in the wind almost blending with the starless sky. He was standing there for god knows how long , in complete silence but for the voices of the forest behind him.
" nullum malum " He barely heard as the figure slowly turned to face him. " nullum malum " she repeated as he eyes glowed so bright it competed with the moon behind her. She stretched her arms and took a step towards the cliff till she was just about to fall.
He opened his mouth to say something but something covered his eyes .
"vale" he heard her whisper as he shot up in his bed swimming in sweat.
He looked around his empty room before running out to his sister. He jumped on her and started to cry, She woke up and started trying to comfort him but ... He could only think of how he had lost his sister again for the third time , he can't take it even in his dreams. He just wants to keep her safe , he just wants her to stay.

She looked down at her arms and saw bandages wrapped around her wrists up to her elbows.
" malum videre " she had barely heard as she slowly turned to face a figure in all white. " malum videre " he repeated as his eyes glowed so bright it competed with the moon behind her he stepped towards her but then hands covered his eyes and started clawing into them as she took a step back out of surprise falling towards her demise.
"vale" she heard him whisper as she hit the hard ground , She got up to her brother jumping onto her bed and crying.
She didn't know what was wrong , She held him as tight as possible feeling the discomfort grow between them. They stayed up all night holding each other the same way they did in the lab.

The next day , Max walked to wake them . They had to spend that night in the old home , it was empty but it was the only safe place. The news were filled of reports of Anthonie helping Ella escape , And she being an extreme danger that it's ordered to shot when seen.
" I got you breakfast" he said as he gave them some of the food he had to sneak from his sister. He sat on the ground beside where their beds are supposed to be. " I know it's not what you're used to but. That's all I can get right now. "
They smiled as they started eating , their eyes getting bigger as they chewed on their sandwiches. Ella's legs were wrapped around Anthonie as his arms were around her waist. from time to time they would feed each other and return to their pose again. Max just sat down and watched them for a while , felling a small knot in his stomach then started going on his phone.
"everyone is looking for you" he said with his eyes in his phone " you two bet-"
He was cut by Anthonie giving him half his third sandwich. Max looked at it then back at Anthonie who nodded and softly smiled as he took a bite of Ella's food. Max took his share and still watched them eat. They looked somehow different yet ... similar. It was strange but all of this was familiar , too familiar.

Again he was alone in a classroom , with headphones on his head , there wasn't any music on just complete silence . Uncomfortable silence. He looked around and saw Ella right beside him , wearing the same pair of headphones . Her expression was empty , her eyes were glowing though. She slowly turned to him.
" audite nihil mali " he read her lips say. She got up slowly , her whole body trembling as she walked towards the door he got up and tried to follow but his ears started ringing painfully as he felt a thick liquid dripping from them . He fell down to his knees screaming in agony , yet he couldn't hear his own voice.
He woke up again sweating , he looked beside him to see his sister sitting on her phone beside him. He was breathing heavily as she looked at him and smiled.
"hey bro" she said frowning alittle " You really look worried , is everything ok?"
" yeah ... I'm fine" he said as he looked around the room , they were in what was the living room , now an empty space where they could only have their phones as their only entertainment. Max left to take care of his neice while They just sat there. waiting for something to happen.
" you don't seem like it. " She said
"really" he said " I'm fine " he leaned his head on her shoulder as she shrugged.
