Chapter 2: New Secretary

*ring* I pick up the phone. "yes? hello!" I say but i dont get to finish because a co-worker barges in. "j-jasmine! t-the boss w-wants to see y-you" Tommy stutters. "ok tell him I'll be there in a second" I tell Tommy and smile kindly. the second he leaves a go back to the call. then *slam* the boss was in my office really angry. "Jasmine heart! how dare you make me wait!" he yells at me in anger. "it was for a second, I have to finish the call dont I?" I tell him trying to talk to him and the customer. he gets even angrier and he takes the phone slams it to hang-up. I look at him while im a bit scared. "anyway, I want you to be my new secretary" he says adjusting his tie. "why? didn't you already hav-". he cuts me off and says "because I said so! if you have a problem you can leave! or better yet! quit!" he says stomping out the room still angry. I see Tommy come in my office and look at me. "Y-you s-survived, yay" he says doing thumbs up to me. i laugh but only a bit. I was scared he might come back.
