Chapter 14: birthday

the next day wasnt normal. haru was really stresses and being really bossy. "michael! get that done!" he yells at Michael. "Jennifer! make the finest dish there is!!" he yells at the maid. (when did he get new maids? and also why is he being so bossy? man-period? does that exist?) I think to myself. I walk down stairs slowly. "h-haru is everything ok?" I ask nervously. he looks over at me and panics. he runs over to me and turns me around so i wont see the chaos. "what's going on?" I ask again. "you- dont know?" he asks. "know what?" I ask. haru sighs. "everything is done sir!" say jennifer and Michael. "it's- your birthday today silly" he says patting me head. "oh yea! I forgot!" I say surprised. I jump to reach haru for a kiss and make it. he blushes and I blush. I run to sit down. he brings me a chocolate cake with pink frosting on top. and on top of the cake written in cursive writing with blue icing was my name( happy birthday my lovely jasmine) I read it in my head. "aw thanx!!" I say happily hugging haru. he blushes and hugs me back. "how come you didn't know it was your birthday?" he asks confused. "long story! for now let's just enjoy this cake!" I say exited.
