Chapter 3: 3 years later, leaving the forest
moon fire continent, the dark Forest.
A wild looking young man is seen battling a beast with the features of a gorilla but with white fur and with a height of 2 meters.
wounds can be seen littered on the bodies of the two battling figures, but the most peculiar thing about this scene, aside from the rare glowing slitted eyes of the young man, is the smile on his face, showing how thrilled he is fighting the giant gorilla.
that young man is obviously Rex who has stayed in the dark Forest for three years honing his skills through sheer willpower and countless life and death battles.
.'BOOOOM!'
Rex is thrown like a rag Doll, and a deafening sound is made as his body breaks through the thick trees of the forest and makes a deep mark on the earth.
"*cough*... *cough* okay now I'm mad, come here monkey, it's time to die, this daddy isn't playing with you anymore"
Rex said while crimson black flames exploded out of him as his body began to morph, fur started sprout out of his skin, his hands changed into paws, his already present fangs protruded, his mouth changed to a maw, a powerful tail sprouted from his behind.
he had transformed into his wolf form.
"come, piece of s*** , lemme show you why I am your better" Rex said from his Unmoving maw.
as if instigated by Rexs taunt the gorilla was enraged and it charged towards Rex.
seeing this Rex had a vicious grin on his face as he charged towards the gorilla, swipping his claws at the oncoming fist of the gorilla.
*BOOOOM* *craaack*
*ROOOAARR*
the gorilla roared in pain as it's arm broke from the collision, but Rex didn't give it time to nurse it's wound. he lunged at the gorilla, biting into its neck ,while injecting a colossal amount of flames into the wound. incinerating the gorilla looking beast inside out, leaving only ashes.
"*phew* that was a tough one" Rex said while changing back to his now naked form. looking at him self, a wry smile made its way to his face. " this has to be like what?, the fiftieth time this is happening, I wonder what I'm gonna do when I leave this God forsaken place"
" you could have used your half-wolf transformation and you could have ended that monkey from the beginning" a cold voice with a hint of playfulness said from behind Rex.
Rex smiled and turned towards the voice, the figure of his sister came to view. Janet is a 13 year old, city toppling cold beauty while also having red eyes, a trait of their now extinct clan , her eyes don't have slits, the dress made of leaves further adds an exotic feel to her, giving the impression of an amazonian goddess.
" well, my beautiful sister, where's the fun in that, there aren't many beasts that can hold their own against me at full power in the middle and outer part of The forest and it'll be suicide if I go to the core part" Rex said with a wry smile on his face
Janet looked at her handsome wild looking brother with light brown skin, then shook her head, "I think it's time for us to leave this place," she then said.
Rex looked at his sister "have you killed the cat you were supposed to?" he then smirked
" or do you want big brother to help you"
instead of getting pissed of at the teasing,as one would expect , she just smirked back "well 'big brother' I cut the kitty to pieces without wasting excess time, or losing my clothes"
Rex just rolled his eyes "oh f*** you"
"*hehehehe* don't be a hater 'big brother', but we really need to leave the place, I'm tired of seeing your ugly face everyday" Janet said with a smirk on her cold face.
Rex, who was at first entranced by her beautiful laughter, frowned from her constant use of air quotes when saying 'big brother'
"really?, air quotes?. anyway your right, and luckily there's a town 3 hours from here. well three hours if you agree to hitch a ride on my back, but a day and half if we go the normal way" he said looking at his sister.
Janet thought about it before agreeing to the idea, since it was the fastest way. after all only she knows how fast her brother can be in wolf form.
Seeing her compliance, Rex changed into he wolf form. he was about 6ft tall and 2 meters long with pitch black fur and red slitted eyes, you could see streaks of red hair here and there. to cut it short he looked majestic in this form. even Janet thought this but she would never admit it.
"you ready? " he said and you could hear the pride in his voice when he saw Janet admiring his form, but he's also nervous about meeting other humans. even though he wouldn't consider himself human, his sister is through and through.
"yeah.... I think" she said similarly nervous, although time in the forest and all the hellish training her and her brother went through made her mature, she's still a 13 year old girl.
so she's bound to be nervous. and seeing this Rex sighed "don't worry, little sis I'll always be here to protect you 'well protect the people from you'" he said the last part on a low tune,
but Janet heard him clearly and gave a playful punch, as a slight smile made its way to her ever so cold face " hey!, I heard that"
"hahaha let's go sis" he said while grabbing her with his maw and threw her on his back.
"hey don't do that, now I've got dog spit all over me" she said while holding on to his fur for support.
"HAHAHA" Rexs laughter echoed around the forest as he sped toward the town
'3 hours later'
they got to the town, Rex was wearing animal skins while Janet was wearing her usual dress made of leaves
"so this is where is begins, sis, this is where our legend begins. are you ready?" Rex asked looking at his precious little sister.
"yes I am brother." she replied, her face expressionless but her eyes filled with resolve and expectations.
"then let's go" Rex said holding his sisters hand as they walked towards the towns gate
"move aside peasants"
