Chapter 66: One Joy, Two Joy

"!!!"

When Jessie awoke she didn't know where she was, but fear filled her heart as she saw blinding lights above her and realized she had been restrained and gagged. Her arms and legs were locked into place with handcuffs on her wrists and ankles, and she could feel that she was laying on a cold metallic surface under her seemingly naked body.

Her first thought was that the Boss had found out about her going traitor and working for Ace Ketchum, but then a voice practically purred from the side, "are we awake now, miss Rocket?"

Standing there was a feminine figure who's face was obscured by the shadows around them, but her uniform marked her as an employee of the Pokemon Center. A Nurse Joy at that if her darkened hair loops were anything to go by.

Jessie's heart thundered in her chest as pulled on her restraints fearfully, but to no avail.

"Chansey~! Chansey~!" Cried out a Pokemon that confirmed Jessie's guess about the identity of her captor, but as she turned to the other side to look at it, Jessie saw a table holding a wide array of malicious and dangerous looking instruments.

Jessie desperately wanted to scream when she saw all of them, but the gag prevented her from doing so. Instead, the only sound that could be heard was the clacking of shoes on the floor as the Nurse Joy approached her.

"Now then, miss Rocket. Let's play a little game, shall we?" Though Jessie desperately shook her head, the Nurse Joy pretended not to notice as she continued.

"The game were going to play is something you might've heard of. It's called Truth or Dare. BUT, we're going to play by my own special set of rules. The game goes like this, you tell me the truth, and I DARE you to lie to me."

As she said that, Nurse Joy picked up a scalpel from the tray nearby, and held it up so that it shined menacingly in the bright light.

"For every lie you tell, you'll get a 'punishment' in the form of me removing one organ~! Isn't this a fun game?"

Jessie desperately wanted to scream that it wasn't, or rather just scream period from the situation she was in. Which she still didn't even know WHY she was here.

At that point the Nurse Joy finally removed the gag from her mouth, finally giving her the liberty to scream. But it was like she was so terrified that her voice took a vacation.

"Now then...." Nurse Joy began as she slowly circles one of her nipples with the backside of the freezing cold scalpel. "Why are you following my beloved, Ace Ketchum?"

"???"

"Huh?" Jessie uttered dumbly, being so shocked that she'd even forgotten that she was supposed to be terrified.

"Meowth got your tongue? No matter. Tell me then, did you inflict the bruises that are all over his neck? Huh?! Did you hurt my beloved!?!"

With each word Nurse Joy was growing increasingly hysterical, until she shouted the last part in Jessie's face. But the magenta haired woman was still too stupefied to answer momentarily.

"The silent treatment huh? Oh well... I guess I'll have to pick the first organ to harvest." Nurse Joy said with a disappointed tone.

"Wait wait wait wait!" Jessie cried out hurriedly before she was sliced open.

"Oh? So you're going to talk after all?" Nurse Joy asked with a sickly sweet smile that weirded out Jessie even more.

"It's not that I wasn't going to, but that I was so surprised before!" Jessie explained to her captor, who only smiled down at her 'patiently'.

"I don't know HOW he got those bruises on his neck, but I can say that there was a commotion involving Team Rocket last night, and that the twer-err, Ace Ketchum may have been involved!" Jessie said truthfully.

"You're not trying to hold out on me, are you?" Nurse Joy asked, since Jessie hadn't given her anything concrete.

"No no no! I'm not! All I know is that something happened last night, and that this morning my partners and I were given renewed orders to capture him since the boss apparently put a massive bounty on his head!" Jessie hurriedly explained, but she accidentally let something slip.

"You are supposed to capture him?" Nurse Joy asked in a slow and tone-less voice.

"!!!"

Jessie's entire body flinched as the crazy Nurse flicked the scalpel, leaving a shallow cut on her side where it currently was.

"Hiiiiiiiii! After Viridian city we were tasked with bringing him in by my superior, but he's beaten us every time!"

"I don't care." Nurse Joy said as she took a piece of chalk and began marking sections on Jessie's abdomen, where to slice and the actual locations of her organs.

"Wait!"

"I'm done waiting. Goodbye miss Rocket."

"I'M WORKING FOR HIM!"

Jessie's screams reverberated through the room, making Nurse Joy stop as she looked at her weirdly.

"What was that?"

"I'm working for Ace Ketchum as a double agent!" Jessie screamed, borderline hysterical.

"..."

Nurse Joy was stunned, as she never expected such an admission from Jessie.

"Liar!" She declared angrily, but Jessie just desperately shook her head.

"I'm not lying! He caught me bugging his stuff in Pewter, and had me trade sides to work for him afterwards! Im only trying to 'capture' him now to keep my cover!"

"Prove it!" Nurse Joy ordered emotionlessly, making Jessie's mind race as she desperately tried to come up with a way to do just that.

Unfortunately, she didn't even know Ace that well. They've only discussed business when they met, and the only other thing they've done besides that was....

"He's hung like a Tauros, and fucks like one too." She stated factually.

Surprisingly, that seemed to do it as Nurse Joy visibly settled down, before doing a complete turn around in her attitude.

"Oh no! I almost hurt my beloved's property!" She exclaimed worriedly.

"Eh.... Do I have to be...."

"Are you saying you don't want to be my beloved Ace's property!?" Nurse Joy snapped at her suddenly.

"No! No! I'm fine with it!" Jessie hurriedly said.

Nurse Joy nodded as if to say 'that's right', before se began muttering to herself in a voice Jessie couldn't hear. She caught snippets about filthy Rockets, and how she'll make them pay, but there had to be a lot more being said until she eventually turned around to face her yet again.

"Good news! I decided to let you go! And don't worry, cause you won't remember anything that happened here today!"

"Wait! What do you mean by that!?!" Jessie demanded, as there was no way she'd just forget everything that just happened to her.

But Nurse Joy busied herself with a selection of chemicals that were in small bottles, dabbing them onto a cloth that she held away from her face carefully. She then said once she was done, the cloth still in her hand,

"Oh it's nothing to worry about! This chemical combination is relatively known to cause short term memory loss, and so I mixed it juuuuuust right to ensure you don't remember our little conversation!"

Before Jessie could say anything else to protest what the crazy Nurse Joy was about to do, she placed the cloth against her nose and mouth, and she lost consciousness.

Jessie would then regain her consciousness a little over an hour later, finding herself in one of the chairs of the Pokemon Center waiting room. There, one of the kind Nurses Joy told her she'd sat down to rest her feet, and completely passed out from exhaustion.

Jessie would feel as if she'd had the strangest dream, but she'd also quickly forget about it as she hurried to contact James and Meowth, before messaging Ace about their next plans.

If she'd stop to look, she'd see the rapidly fading red line where she had been cut that showed she HADN'T been dreaming.

"I'm glad that's finally over with!" I exclaimed as all of us exited the conference room, just in time for dinner.

After I informed the Elite Four of what happened at Mt. Moon, we spent the next few hours discussing plans for the upcoming SS. Anne attack. Any kind of strategy that had been in place before needed to be thrown out wth our knowledge of Mewtwo.

With Mewtwo primarily being categorized as a psychic type, which professor Oak decided after hearing my testimony and watching the video, it was decided that we needed numerous ghost type specialists.

It was decided that Lorelei and Agatha would both accompany Lance onto the SS. Anne to help out during the coming battle, while Bruno would stay behind to man the Indigo Plateau himself. Lorelei was coming because she specialized in the ice type, of which numerous such Pokemon had dual water typing as well, making her a great asset on the sea. Agatha of course was due to her specializing in ghost types, to help counter Mewtwo if he made an appearance.

On top of Agatha though, Lance also stated that he'd be getting in touch with the Leagues in the other regions the SS. Anne was going to be passing through, and ask that their ghost specialists also board the cruise liner when it passed through. Specifically, the ones Lance wanted to board the cruise liner were Phoebe, Shauntal and Acerola of the Hoenn, Unova and Alola Elite Four.

But then there was more news from chairwoman Erma. While the Rangers were spread thin at the moment due to the massive increase in criminal activity, she did promise to send one other Ranger as backup, the number one top Ranger in the world.

"I still can't believe I'll finally get to meet him in person!" Kate exclaimed excitedly, referring to the top Ranger in question.

"Indeed. I've only met him a handful of times, but being around him is like a breath of fresh air. I don't think I've met anyone in the world who loves Pokemon as much as he does." Wendy stated in response.

"Is this guy really that great?" I asked curiously, as I didn't even know what the guy looked like, let alone his name.

Both girls looked at me weirdly until Kate seemed to realize something as she exclaimed, "That's right! I forgot there's a lot of regions where his show doesn't air!"

"His show?" I asked curiously.

"Yeah." Wendy said with a nod.

"He hosts a show alongside his wife and partner Pokemon. The main object of the show is him subduing wild Pokemon that are threatening those around them, or themselves. But they also spend a bit of time filming the sanctuary he's built to house injured Pokemon that can't be returned to the wild."

"I saw it once!" May stated suddenly.

"He came to Hoenn to protect a flock of Tropius when poachers tried to take the fruit they produce to sell. They played the footage in a special program for us since we don't usually get his show anyways. I believe he was called-"

"Hey guys." A subdued voice said suddenly.

"Hey Misty. Welcome back." I told her once I noticed the redhead.

"Hey Ace..." She said while avoiding my gaze.

"What's wrong?" I asked her seriously, while also noticing a certain trio of women spying on her while trying to disguise themselves.

"Nothing!" She quickly exclaimed.

"It's obviously not 'nothing'." May stated.

"So tell us what's going on!" Dawn finished, as the two of them sandwiched Misty between them.

"Let's talk about it later. What's going on here?" She asked after deflecting yet again.

"Well.... For starters, my team got bigger again." I began while heading to the doors to the arena, before throwing them open to reveal all of my Pokemon.

"Wow!" Misty exclaimed with stars in her eyes as she looked at them, before zeroing in on three in particular.

"A Buizel and two Feebas!?! I'm so jealous!" Misty exclaimed.

"Bui!"

""Bass bass bass!""

The three of them declared proudly, though my little Magikarp just looked dejected as they were ignored by her.

"So are you gonna get a Prism Scale to evolve your Feebas?" Misty asked as she reached into the water to pet them.

"A what?" I asked confusedly.

"A Prism Scale." Misty stated before looking back at me weirdly. "You don't know what a Prism Scale is?"

"Well... Feebas weren't too high on our list of Pokemon to study when we were learning from professor Oak. We mostly focused on Pokemon from Kanto and Johto, while only touching on those from the other regions for general knowledge. All we learned about Feebas was that they were incredibly hardy, and that they evolved into Milotic."

Misty just gaped at me in surprise from me not knowing something, before putting on a smug attitude as she stated, "well, Prism Scales are mysterious and beautiful scales that appear to work similarly to evolution stones, but only for Feebas! I suppose it makes sense you wouldn't know too much about them though, as they're REALLY rare. Supposedly only a few are found on any given year, if any."

I blinked at the sudden information before my mind began racing with ways to obtain these 'Prism Scales' for myself. My first thought was to have my water Pokemon scour the bottoms of any lakes, ponds and rivers we passed from now on, while my second was to start searching the Pokenet for any that might be being sold.

But, as if she were reading my mind, Misty stated, "don't even bother looking for them online. Anyone who finds one will almost never sell them, and if they do they're quickly bought up by rich people for a small fortune."

I had to fight back a groan from how quickly THAT bubble had been burst, now figuring the only way I'd find a Prism Scale would be if one of my water Pokemon found it by chance.

I promise I'll evolve you two one day!

I mentally swore to my two Feebas, as they too wanted desperately to evolve as well.

"Dinner time~!" Joy suddenly chimed as she arrived while pushing a large cart piled high with numerous plates of food, while Happiny dangled from the handles from trying to push it as well.

*Grumble! Grumble! Grumble!*

As if on cue, everyone's stomachs began to growl, indicating how hungry we all were.

Together, we quickly dished out the food to ALL our Pokemon before sitting down to enjoy our own meal, which tasted amazing. Either Joy was also an amazing cook, or the food tasted so good simply because someone else made it. My money's on the first one.

"This is so good!" Dawn exclaimed while shoveling as much as she could into her mouth.

""...""

Misty and May were both silent though, as they focused entirely on eating.

"This is delicious Joy. Thank you." I told her sincerely, making the little Nurse puff her chest out proudly.

"Of course! All Nurses Joy learn the basics to ensure the best possible care for anyone under their charge! Cooking, cleaning, grooming, and of course, the best medical care in the world!" Joy declared with pride.

"""WE APPROVE!"""

The three other girls cried as one, making me smile wryly. But then I also noticed Joy looking at me bashfully, as she asked hesitantly,

"U-um... If it's ok Ace, do you think I could be qualified to become your Breeder assistant?"

"I don't know..." I began uncertainly.

"I mean, you're so overqualified to begin with... Are you sure you just want to be my assistant?" I asked her, half joking half seriously.

"Yes!" Joy declared, her determination plain in her eyes.

"I guess... If you REALLY want to." I said, now starting to worry that my personal nurse was going to be severely overworked. But she just beamed happily at me accepting her.

Normally we'd have to go and register her as my assistant, but something told me she'd automatically get a pass as a Joy.

After that there was silence as everyone, human and Pokemon, enjoyed Joy's cooking. But it didn't last long with how quickly we were eating.

Misty was the first to finish eating, standing as she did so, as she said, "this was delicious, but I have to go now."

Everyone else looked up at her in alarm, as Dawn demanded, "you're leaving!?!"

"Just for while we're in Cerulean!" Misty hurriedly clarified, before adding Mareepishly, "there's some things I need to take care of while I'm here. But I'll be good once were leave. When are we leaving anyways?"

Directing her attention to me specifically on the last part, I pondered her question for a moment before answering, "I need to get all of the new members of my team up to speed, plus we should take this chance to relax while we can... Let's say, I'll challenge the Gym Leader in a week, and we'll leave the next day?"

As I said that I looked around at Dawn, May and Joy, none of who seemed to protest my decision.

"Ok then..." Misty said slowly. "I'll see you then."

Misty then turned so she could leave, but before she could I leapt up and said, "Misty, wait!"

She turned back towards me curiously, only for me to pull her in close for a deep and passionate kiss.

At first Misty flinched from the burst of affection, even more so when I wrapped my arms around her so that our bodies were pressing up against one another. But then began a battle of the tongues, as Misty and I both fought for dominance over the other.

And as we both waged an oral battle, my hands readily reached for Misty's ass.

Her skin tight jeans did nothing to protect that delicious ass from my evil hands, which readily groped and kneaded the delicate mounds amidst our kiss.

"Mmm..." Misty moaned into my mouth, as one of my hands traveled down her leg to grab her thick thigh.

I then lifted her thigh so that her knee reached my waist, where she wrapped her leg around me possessively. My other hand meanwhile crawled up to the waistband of her booty shorts, where I slid my fingers inside both them, and her swimsuit bottoms.

"!!!"

Misty jumped as I tried to slide my fingers down the crack of her ass, leaping away from me and breaking off our kiss with a completely red face.

"I'll see you..." She muttered bashfully, before taking off towards the exit.

Misty was so out of it, that it appeared she didn't even notice her three sisters spying on us as they fell into a heap, before hurriedly moving out of the way as she arrived.

I smirked at the three of them and what must've been going through their minds at the scene they had just witnessed, before turning around to find a variety of reactions.

May and Dawn were both still eating like nothing had happened, Joy and Kate were both red faced from how stimulating the scene had been, and Wendy was looking at me weirdly.

"Do you always assault your girlfriends in public like that?" She asked me.

"Only when their sisters are watching." I answered.

""!!!""

""Misty has sisters!?!"" May and Dawn exclaimed at the same time.

"Yep. The Cerulean Water Flowers to be precise." I answered, making everyone gawk as May hurriedly used her Pokenav to access Pokevision, where several recordings of their shows had been posted.

"Why didn't she say anything?" Dawn asked as she watched their performance.

"Ask Misty in a few days. She won't be able to keep hiding it when I have to challenge her sisters for the Cascade Badge." I told her, though I hoped they wouldn't try to blow me off and just give me the Badge like they tried to do Ash in the anime.

But, just in case I got another intense battle like Brock's....

"Alright everyone! Your bellies nice and full?" I asked my Pokemon as they finished eating.

"Twig..."

"Tung..."

"""Tatta..."""

Several of them groaned back at me in response, making me smile evilly as my older Pokemon rose to their feet.

"Good! Time to burn off some of that food then!" I exclaimed, making all of my new Pokemon look at me in alarm, before I returned them all to their Pokeballs.

I then marched towards the cafeteria where the majority of the trainers currently in Cerulean were right now, and kicked the doors open to draw every eye to myself.

"Sup bitches. I'm Ace Ketchum, of Pallet town! Who wants to be the first to get their asses kicked in a Pokemon battle tonight?" I asked while spinning one of my Pokeballs on my finger cockily, channeling my aura as I did so.

Taunt was super effective!
