Everyone remained on guard with Hyuga and Uchiha patriarch activating their eye's. Ryu raised his hands and said
Ryu: Look im serious no jokes. Well maybe a small amount of jokes. But all in all im serious about this.

Ryu: Suna wants an alliance with the hidden leaf village and the Uzumaki clan.
Hiruzen frowned as he said
Hiruzen: The Uzumaki are a peaceful country and don't participate in wars.
Ryu: Yeah well they don't have the luxury for that anymore.
Kushina: What's happening in Uzugakure?
Ryu: Well Kiri has managed to convince Kumo and Iwa to join in destroying Uzu.

Ryu: The Eight tails is free and so is the four tails but both are sealed another way. The two tails is old and so is the six tails and five tails. You should be able to guess why they all agreed on this endeavor.
Hiruzen: And you want to help us deal with this. Why?
Ryu: Benefits. You'll give us two thirds of what we agreed upon last time. And the Uzumaki shall help us with our fish farm problem some how. Otherwise I'll become a fish herder.

After that Kiri will send the same invitation they gave the others to us. However they all know and you know whether we join or not is neither beneficial nor losing. Hiruzen looked towards the elders who all nodded even Danzo. The clan heads also nodded.
Hiruzen: Alright you've got a deal. But I hope you can tell me the real purpose of your no you convincing your higher ups to do this.

Ryu slicked his hair back as he said confidently

As much as I'd like to fight the third raikage I'll leave Kumo and Iwa to you and the Uzumaki. We'll take kiri. This will also help Uzu indirectly as the hatred from having their Mizukage killed will trump some fishing rights. Anyway see ya
With that Ryu left leaving the room very solemn. Hiruzen had a heavy expression as he tapped the desk.
Hiruzen: Sakumo, Orochimaru, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Chen and patriarch Nara will lead this endeavor. Prepare things silently and make sure no outside this room knows anything. Everyone left aside from the three elders.

While they continue to talk Patriarch Fugaku made it home and was about call for a clan meeting. When he heard
Ryu: Patriarch Fugaku I'd like to offer you a proposal.

Also it would eventually make the Uchiha not liked amongst the villagers. As the Hokage they would obviously choose the village as.one clan is not more than the village as a whole. You all should've left when your ancestor Madara did because he saw the eventual demise of the Uchiha. Your ending will be worse than the Senju. Anyway here this is insurance for your clan. Ryu then left a confused Fugaku there thinking. After leaving the Uchiha clan Ryu left. Although he wished to talk to Hizashi about the same thing the Hyuga could spot him and who knew when a clan member would open their eye's.
Two and half days later he returned to the village and immediately went to report to the Kazekage. However he didn't surface as a Iwa diplomat was currently speaking with the Kazekage. After another few minutes the guy left. After waiting another few minutes Ryu rose up into the office.
Yue: So how did it go with the leaf?
Ryu: The leaf agreed to giving 2/3 of what was given to end the war. They are currently speaking with the Uzumaki about their end of the deal.
Yue: that's good these are the individuals who will be under your command. Get to know their weaknesses and strengths. This is also everything that's known about the current Mizukage.
Ryu: Its rather thin but its expected as he's supposed to be some enigma. So what if he doesn't show up for this fight.
This was.the major question. If he simply sent some of the seven ninja swordsman and the six tails Jinchuriki then although things will look bad for him he'd still benefit.
Yue: If he doesn't come. Then send him a message he'll never forget.
Ryu: Understood
Yue: Kiri or Kumo ninja should be seen in a few days once the agreement is settled. Once we get a proper date and time you should inform the Leaf.
Ryu: Yes sir.
Ryu then left the office and went back home. When he entered the house he saw Sasori. Or rather he saw Hiruko.
Ryu: So you finally finished him eh.
Sasori: Yes.
Ryu: Well you need to get used to it fast we'll be leaving soon so prepare yourself. With this clone I'm guessing you lack speed and long range attacking.
Sasori: You're able to spot that so fast.
Ryu: Hmph who do you think I am. You should go out back and try to use moonwalk in that. As for speed it can be made up with other ways. Are you able to use other puppets with this?
Sasori: I can manage at most two right now with Hiruko.
Ryu: Ok for now use the Mom and Dad Puppets. Kiri has some exceptional bloodline limits. Maybe we can grab a Kaguya for offense and a person with Magma bloodline limit for long distance.
Sasori: You're gonna help me make human puppets?
Ryu: Yeah you shouldn't feel caged for your ideas at gaining strength. Besides if you could defeat the person you turned into a puppet it proves you're strong enough to hold yourself high with strength. However people from the village are off limits
Chiyo: RYU.
Ryu jumped over to where Sasori was standing. He did not sense them at all. Well he wasn't trying to either. Besides this conversation needed to happen.
Ryu: Um we were talking about girls.
Ebizo: pfft
" You two odd balls talking about girls is something this old man would love to see. "
Chiyo: Why are you encouraging him with this.
Ryu: Auntie it's better this way. Instead of making him feel caged and let him feel he can't be free to express his dreams its best to support it. Sasori who had stepped out Hiruko looked at Chiyo but then looked down. A hand touched his head. Looking up he could see Ryu with a smile on his face. Taking a deep breath he said.
Sasori: Yes. I wish to make human puppets. To study the process so that one day I may build the ultimate human puppet. Myself
