Chapter 33: Plans For The Future
Three Days Later
The news spread around the world and the world became calm. People sent scouts to look at the fight location and became amazed at the power of the third Kazekage. In the sand village people cried. Although they may have despised or thought badly of him.
No one wanted him dead. Aside from Ryu. Today the village mourned and buried those in that battle. Even the Daimyo came. Of course he only came due to being scared that Onoki would attack during this time. Also to make sure Ryu became Kazekage.

Ryu also snapped out of it but before others could find an excuse to leave he laughed. Sitting up he put a leg on the other and said

The temperature in the room rose significantly causing the others to sweat. Was he a fool did he not see the situation. Ebizo cursed in his heart a thousand times.
" Leave it to the guy with a monstrous healing ability to live on the edge of life and death. But could you do that somewhere else my home is melting. "

Pakura had a look of embarrassment but refrained from showing it as she said.
Pakura: Why are you still here? Shouldn't you be getting ready to become Kazekage?
Ryu: No I haven't been asked about

Ryu: Well speak of the devil and he shall appear.
Chiyo opened the door as several council members and the Daimyo entered. Looking around they found Ryu next to Pakura. One could see a little wetness on their lips and the red faces of the six students and embarrassment of the elderly. Obviously the two did something that couples do.
Three Days Later
News came out of Sunagakure that Ryu would become the Fourth Kazekage. This situation is what most expected. Onoki retreated from the Land of wind and set up defenses at the border of the rock country. Until he found someone to become the three tails Jinchuriki he wouldn't make to many moves.
However the mist setup a small base in the land of wind. This was led by three of the Seven ninja swordsman. Including the new user of Hiramekarei. Kumo showed no reaction towards this as the sand and Kumo are to far apart to engage in fighting. As for Konoha they couldn't be bothered to care as they faced the other three villages.
Sunagakure, Council Meeting Room
At this moment Ryu is sitting in the Kazekage position. Next to him is the Daimyo as Ryu asked for him to participate as well. Rasa is also here as an official council member.
Ryu: The two main problems at the moment are Iwa and Kiri. Iwa has set up defenses at the border of the land of wind and land of Rock. He himself remains there. Ryu: I plan to have an army of my clones along with Uncle Bunpaku to make a man made lake to the village and the capital. Along with some rivers here and there. The start will be at noodle bay and will connect to a river that stems from The shipping channel.
Daimyo: I could have some people build ports and with the connection from the sea fish and other aquatic animals will come giving a new source of food. A boom in the overall situation of the land of wind.
Ryu liked this guy he was smart although a scared coward. He was nevertheless smart to making money.
Ryu: Not just that. This is something I had a group scientist research. It turns salt water to fresh water by pouring salt water into a container to be boiled. The water will then turn into a gas nut be contained in this tube that sends it to this side

Elder: Build a new village. How is that even possible?
Elder: Even if we get rid of the invading forces. Building A new village will take a large toll on everyone
Ryu smiled as he clasped his hands. A tree grew behind him as he said.
Ryu: Of course only the houses and walls around the village will be made from wood style. Important buildings will be made by hand with metals. The other reason for making a whole new one is to accommodate the new facilities and people who will no doubt come here. For instance the academy, prison, hospital and torture house are our main buildings aside from this kazekage building. I plan to add a medical research center, science research center, Seal Corps and Ninjutsu research center. The science center being the biggest as it will focus on a lot of different things.
As everyone listened they couldn't help but picture the magnificent future of the sand village. Rasa couldn't help but think of Yue at this time as he thought.
