One Week Later
Looking around the small stadium Ryu counted exactly 27 individuals. 9 teams out of the original 19 passed all of them from the five great villages and a small village. 2 from suna, 2 from Konoha, 1 from kiri, 1 from Iwa, 1 from kumo and the last from Takigakure.
However from traditional Chunin exams. This is to many people for the final round. Thus they would normally hold a preliminary competition. However Ryu felt it was mean to do this. After all everyone worked hard. Why should only a few strut their stuff. Then again a boring fight like Sakura and Ino wouldn't excite a crowd.
Thus the fighting is ongoing. After watching some interesting fights. Only 13 remained after the fighting was finished. Among the most noticeable are Zabuza, Asuma, Shizune, Baki, Samui and an explosion bloodline of Iwa. Kurenai is also amongst the participants. But well we all know why she's not on the noticeable list.
Ryu: Well then. Looks like one of you will get a free pass. But who'll get it is the key. Oh I know all of you come here.
Just as they all arrived a terrifying momentum erupted and press pin all 13 of them. The various Jonin present also reacted as they saw each Genin fall.
A: What's the meaning of this!?
IwaNin: You better have a good reason for doing that
" Even if he killed them what could you two do " Fuguki thought as looked on calmly. He wasn't going to risk his life.
" These two idiots " Tsunade thought as the pressure around Ryu left as fast as it came.
Ryu: Well then that settles it. Zabuza will be the one to get the free pass.
A and the IwaNin finally understood what he was doing. Then they finally noticed that they had cold sweat on their back.

Ryu however ignored them as neither of them could get his attention unless they came with an army and two Jinchuriki. Even that may not be enough.
Ryu: Well we can now start the bracket system and see who will face who in this third round.
After getting the results the only good first round match is Samui Vs Kurenai. Ryu nodded as he said.
Ryu: You all will have a month to prepare. You may also use the training facilities inside the academy if you want. In the meantime I must invite the various Kage and officials to watch as well.
Four days later
Ryu: So who all amongst the Kage are coming.
Elder: Only the Hokage is coming. The other three are apparently too tied up.
Ryu: That's too bad I had hoped the Mizukage would at least come.
Rasa: The Mizukage? I thought you'd hope for the Raikage to show up.
Ryu: Him as well I just simply wished to kill the third Mizukage. If he had come during the Uzumaki incident. I wouldn't have to expend so much effort in making the lake and rivers. I could have the three tails roll around the land of wind and do it.
Everyone looked at Ryu and couldn't help but want to curse. Only he would think of using a tailed beast to do landscaping.
Ryu: Still I'm not surprised by this outcome. However the real question is why The Hokage is coming.
Pakura: What do you mean?
Ryu: We all know the situation of the leaf village. Although the other three nations are attacking each other the main offense is always on the leaf. With the addition of the Uzumaki clan and its healing and sealing. The casualties they should've had are not there.
Elder: How does that tie into us?
Ryu: Before the Uzumaki event we discussed benefits for our help. After the event Lord third took it a step further and decided that we would become allies. Previously neither side acted on this alliance as both sides faced war.
Rasa: But now that we've rested and mended wounds along with rebuilding the village.
Sasori: Its the right time to see if the Alliance still stands.
Ryu: And to show more respect he's coming personally to seek aid.
The whole meeting room quieted down as the mood became somber. No one wanted war at this time and neither did Ryu. If need be then he would go alone to fight but that wouldn't be good.for the future generation. But sending them to fight a war also wasn't good.
There was also the alliance as a whole. We could deny it but that would give the sand village a blemish of disloyalty. No one wanted to make a decision so Ryu said.
Ryu: Let's let the village decide. If he ask then we'll let the village decide. Prepare bamboo slips. If he ask I'll announce the news to the village and let them decide. Do we continue with the alliance and help our allies. Or do we abandon them in their time of need. However I will say this unless a Genin has completed 10+ B rank missions they are not to go. This is only for Jonin and Chunin as for saving power for the village. No one can even make it here without my say so. Are we in agreement
Everyone shared a look and nodded in agreement. Ryu took a breath as he said.
Ryu: Pakura and Sasori will lead if the village agrees. Rasa I know you want to go but you should at least be present at your first child's birth.
Rasa nodded as he smiled thinking of the child to be.
Ryu: Now we need to send out missions. Some of these Rich guys want our ninja to escort them. We're gonna be busy this entire month so prepare yourselves.
Four Days Later, Kazekage Office
Ryu: Lord Daimyo you came earlier.
Daimyo: I was in a bit of a rush. I came to see the entertainment area you've made here along with the rest of the village.
Ryu: Well since you're here. I'll show you something inside the Technology Research Facility.
Daimyo: A new invention already.
Ryu: It's something along those lines.
The two left the kazekage building and entered the facility.
Daimyo: It's come a long ways from what I previously saw.
Ryu: It's indeed grown.
Gobi: The two Lords may I help you with something.
Ryu: This is Gobi a tech savvy ninja. He's also Pakuras student.
Daimyo: Oh. Hello Gobi
Ryu: Gobi can you bring us the fan your team made and the two other things.
Gobi: Right away sir
Daimyo: A fan? Like this one.
Ryu: No it's made differently. It's also much cooler.
After a few more minutes Gobi came with three contraptions. Gobi explains
Gobi: Lord Daimyo this is a box fan. The blades inside the fan spin and a wind flows out like so.
Daimyo: Ooh how amazing. And it's still cool.
Gobi: That's only because we're inside. If we go outside it will blow hot air. So this is where the cooler came from. If its hot it will turn that hot air into cool air like how the current facility is cool. And since its cool in here it will make it even cooler once turned on. Like so.
Daimyo: Now that's cold. What a marvelous invention.
Gobi: We also have these small fans that spit water and spin Cooling the face with cold water and wind. Although not as powerful it still gets the job done.
Daimyo: This is big. A hand version is remarkable. Sadly someone else can copy it.
Ryu: As expected of Lord Daimyo. You saw through it quickly.
Daimyo: Mm. However it's still good. Even if they do remake it it wouldn't be better than these originals. So what about the third one.
Gobi: This is a heater. Its the exact opposite of a cooler. Instead of taking in air it has these wires inside the glass that give off heat. This is for places with colder weather.
Daimyo: This also good. But why not enter fur
BOOOM
Ryu: That's why. This place is dangerous. Who knows when something these guys are making or testing will explode. Of course these are fool proof.
Sweat was on the forehead of the Daimyo as he looked at the black smoke.
Ryu: Lets go. I plan to sell those small ones during the third round matches. I was hoping lord Daimyo could call on the talents in the country to come here and join a research facility.
Daimyo: They don't have to be a ninja?
Ryu: Not at all. That's why I made the civilian part of the academy. We have the resources but no one to come research.
Daimyo: I'll handle this matter.
One Month Later
A flood of individuals entered the new Sand village. Seeing this spectacular Oasis inside the desert excited them.
Danzo: This is all made from wood style.
Hiruzen: Well Mito Sama did say he had the qualities of lord Hashirama. No she said it was better.
Danzo: Is that a nine tails teddy bear?
