Chapter 16: Battle of titans
Continuing on to the fight from before. We were watching the scene of charmeleon punching abomasnow into a wall.
Battle start:
Me and gardenia both look towards the field to see the results.
Watching the smoke clear abomasnow stood not effected in the least.
In fact he was madder than ever.
John:crap I thought that was enough to finish him.
Gardenia: well it looks like this is where our battle ends.
Mega evolve abomasnow
A glow began to surround gardenia wrist and then the same thing happened to her Pokémon.
The sprouts on its back grow into great shafts of ice. Its fur becomes longer and shaggy over its entire body, particularly around its head. Green fur or sprout remnants surround the base of the large icicles on its back, while white fur covers the middle.
John:Feeling the power radiating off of abomasnow I knew the fight was over.
If I had to gauge mega abomasnow power it would be at the level of a peak experienced Pokémon.
This might be it but we are not going out without a fight charmeleon use flamethrower full power.
A giant current of flames came from charmeleon mouth as it rushed toward abomasnow.
abomasnow giving a measly glance at the attack charged up a ice beam.
A blue aura began to build up in abomasnow snow as it burst forward and struck the flamethrower freezing it in its tracks.
Gardenia:Don't let up abomasnow use blizzard followed by a ice punch.
As soon as those words left gardenia mouth it began to snow very badly. Rubbing my shoulders I shivered a little.
In the next instant a blue aura encased abomasnow arm as he rushed foward towards charmeleon.
John:charmeleon use fire punch to counter it. The area began to heat up a little as charmeleon fist was incased in flames as he rushed head on to counter the ice punch.
The fire punch was to no effect though as abomasnow was just to powerful.
The ice punch blew charmeleon back with incredible force.
John:Charmeleon!! Are you okay
Seeing charmeleon struggling to get up i knew it was about to be over.
Gardenia: let's finish this abomasnow use ice beam.
Another powerful beam built up in abomasnow mouth but this time it was twice no thrice the size of the last beam.
Watching it shot forward i could only watch to helpless to do anything.
But right as the beam was about to collide one of the most intriguing things happened.
Charmeleon began to be surrounded by a white light.
Watching the scene I knew charmeleon was evolving.
Charmeleon body began to grow more and more. It grew wings on its back and grew to the gigantic height of 10ft.
This is larger than the average charizard usually ranging in around 7ft.
Giving out a roar charizard let me know he was ready for battle.
John: Alright lets go charizard use flamethrower.
A giant torrent of flames came out of charizard mouth as it rushed towards abomasnow.
Abomasnow not being one to be outdone used blizzard.
But it was to no effect as charizard flamethrower burst threw it and struck abomasnow head on.
The area heated up as abomasnow was literally being burnt alive.
After a minute the flames stopped to show a injured abomasnow.
Gardenia: abomasnow we can't go out like this get in close and use hammer arm.
A white hue encased abomasnow armed as he charged towards charizard.
John: Grab it charizard then follow up with a seismic toss.
Just as abomasnow closed in charizard grabbed it with both hands stopping abomasnow in its tracks.
Then lifting abomasnow charizard rose up into the air at a fast pace.
John: Drop him now charizard!
Abomasnow was sent hurdling through the air as he landed on the ground kicking up dust.
Once the dust cleared we saw a fainted abomasnow laying down.
Battle end
Gardenia: dang you wouldn't have won if not for evolution
John: well fair is fair now can I have my badge
Reaching into her pocket gardenia shoved a badge into my hand
Gardenia: here take it now please exit my gym
Not wanting to be here any longer I recalled charizard and made my way to the Pokémon center.
Nurse joy: hello how may I help you
John: may I please have my Pokémon healed.
Bringing out a tray nurse joy collected my poke balls and took them to the back.
Nurse joy: Come back in 30minutes for your Pokémon.
Bzzzz.....bzzzzzz

With that I decided to go out and look at the local attractions in the city.
Walking for a few minutes I came across a few familiar faces I saw Paul and Candice standing there.
John: how is it going Paul and candice, what are you doing both together.
Candice: o hi john me and Paul go out now.
We started dating when John asked me to go on my journey with him.
Begging to feel depressed I tried to change the subject.
John: o okay do you want to talk over something to eat.
Candice:sure we can go to this new burger place down the road see you in twenty minutes.
With that Candice took off down the road leaving me and Paul behind.
Paul: wait a minute Candice your going to fast your leaving me behind.
Looking towards me Paul gave a quick apology and ran off.
With that I started my walk back to the Pokémon center to go collect my team.
Collecting my team I walked out and made my way to the burger place.
Coming up to the place I saw a giant sign that said Taurus burgers.
Walking inside I saw Paul and Candice were already sitting down.
Walking over I waved and sat down on the opposite side of them.
So how has you journey been going so far Paul and Candice.
Candice: you won't believe the kind of Pokémon me and Paul have seen and caught.
We been to many places I won 2 badges and even a Pokémon contest.
Paul:Well I have earned three gym badges. How many have you got.
John: Well I just beat gardenia earlier she was pretty tough to beat I have to admit.
We made small talk for a hour as we sat down and ate.
After finishing I made the suggestion that we go outside and show off our Pokémon a little.
