Chapter 1: Prologue

April, 20 me and my twin sister were born. I was unexpected so I went a while without a name but eventually, they gave me the name Lillith. My sister Angelica was just like the rest of my family, blonde silky long hair and velvety ocean blue eyes. While I was an outcast of long dark brown hair and an endless void of brown-red tinted eyes. On my 6th birthday my father woke me up telling me how much he loved me and how I was a becoming a lovely "young lady." I went to school that day with a smile on my face. I always knew I was beautiful. People always mentioned my rosy lips and thin eyelashes. But when I got home my parents screaming left a ringing in my head. I'm still not sure about what really happened, I just know that he left us for a new family never to be seen again.
