Chapter 4: "LET'S GO HOME TOGETHER"
It was home time and everyone was making their way to the gate. Yuqi and Hotaru were talking to each other as they walked. Hotter took the bus because her place was a bit far way but Yuqi managed the distance to her home by foot. It wasn't that far.
As they reached the gate... Yuqi, Hotaru and a bunch of other people heard Sosuke's voice loud and clear...which said,"Yuqi!! Wait up! Let's go home together!". Yuqi froze. She could already hear other saying weird stuff. "Someone is here for you. I am leaving!.",Hotaru said teasingly... she stuck her tongue out and ran away. Yuqi wanted scream at her but she stood there helplessly as Sosuke said, "Let's go!", as soon as he reached beside her.
"Why do u have to speak so loudly?!? Next time...I won't spare you !", she said angrily. He smirked and said, "Are there rumors flying around? You think you can't handle talks that Shimizu got a really good looking boyfriend huh?". Yuqi was burning with anger now. She gave a firm hit on the back to which he gave a mischievous smile.
They walked side by side but didn't talk a lot. Sosuke just kept on teasing Yuqi and they talked little about the past. "Wait. If you are walking with me to my place that means... Are you back as our neighbours??",she asked. "Of course you idiot. Why else would I ask you to stop!", he said teasingly.
When the reached their place... it looked like a happy reunion. Yuqi hugged Mrs. Takahashi and the families were more than happy.
