Chapter 4: Magical Forest to Her Liking
Getting up from drowsiness, Evelyn inspected here and there for a clue. She was now sitting on a floor full of leaves. That's right, they were still in a cave. So, this should be the bottom of that smokey pit before.
"Where are we?" She asked as she saw the trio knights sitting and standing beside her.
"Greyacloud kingdom. Your kingdom." Frayle answered as he got up and wiped some dust on his clothes. He took the lead to walk out from the cave. His long hair was swaying giving the mystical look to whoever sees it. But, that's not what important to Evey right now. She was lost in thought as she scanned the place.
"this seems like an ancient time." It certainly is. The place is like a mystical ancient forest. Like the one we saw in the fairy tale. Its was so beautiful! And magnificent too! She felt like she could live forever in this forest.
"Wow, its a very nice place!" Evey's eyes was twinkling and blinking in mesmerisation. She couldnt help but falling in love with the tree house which was standing high and mighty in front of her. The staircase was made from wood around the lower tree bark leading up to the front door. There's cabin under the tree house which made it look like two storey house. 'I love this place!!!'
"you can go up and take a look at this place, honey." Said Ludra. She spotted the eagerness in Evey's eyes since they first came out from the cave. "This is our secret hideout. The tyrant cant possibly reach this place. Behind those mountains lies your castle. This is just the outskirt." Ludra explained as she helps Evey to climb the wooden stairs. At the moment, Frayle backed out and turn to leave.
"Where are you going Frayle?" he stopped when he heard Evey's voice asking. But then, without turning back, he just continued his walk ignoring her question.
"Don't mind him. Come here princess. You ought to see something." Ludra said while grabbing her hand and leading her into the house.
She couldnt help thinking about Frayle's strange behaviour but as soon as she saw the interior of the tree house, her thought on Frayle gone that instance. Ludra and raven were still following and assisting her here and there until she finished her tour. Then, they gather in the living room, taking a breath from the sudden incident. Evey could sense the awkward situation in that living room. She then took a deep breath and voiced out her intention.
"Can I still call you both mom and dad?" its was a great shock for her to have outsiders as her mom and dad. Deep down inside she still thinking that these people actually kidnap her real biological mom and dad. She still couldnt believe all these. Not at all! So, despite her easy-going on them, she still have her guarded on.
"Its a pleasure princess." Raven answered. He took a glance at Ludra and she too nods her head towards her request. Its not a big deal actually. They were fine before and so do they are going to be in the future. Moreover, they were still far away from their aim. Thus, all that they could do is to gain Evey's trust.
"Can you call me Evey like before? Please." She added on her request.
"If you insist." Said raven.
"Evey, this way." Ludra got up to show her room.
"Its beautiful." She exclaimed as she enters her bedroom. Its feels like home with Ludra and raven by her side.
"This would be your room. Do you want to have a rest first?" Ludra said with a smile.
The room was magical and beautiful. But seeing her rugs like clothes. She frowned. How on earth did her clothes been torn here and there. It was fine before they fell into the smokey hole. But right now! She sighed. She was even more perplexed as she scan both Ludra and ravens clothes. There was not a slight cut on it. Their clothes looks as if its brand new while hers look like a beggars! "I would like a shower."
"There's hot water pond near here. Want to go with me?"
"Sure!"

At the pond, Evey took a hiding behind bushes. She took off her clothes while looking at Ludra. Ludra, on the other hand, didn't pay attention on her clothes. She walked into the pond with her clothes still hanging onto her body. And, to her astonishment, the clothes disappeared little by little once it touches water, leaving only a necklace with silver leaf on her neck. Evey's mouth fell to the ground at the sight of it.
"Just how much more magical can it be?!" She exclaimed to herself.
Without further a due, she then joined Ludra in bathe.
"This would be your clothes." Ludra handed a silver leaf necklace just like the one she was wearing before to Evey.
"A silver leaf?" she asked, dumbfounded.
"Wear it like this. Your clothes will appear based on your mood." She explained to Evey. Then, she got up from the water to just have her clothes taking a form on her slim body. Evelyn quickly put on the necklace and got out of the water. Her eyes were fixed on her body to watch the clothes taking form.
"Wow, amazing. I didn't have to work for money to buy clothes!" she said gleefully as she twirl around in her new clothes. But still, she have to work to buy that silver leaf which couldnt possibly grow on tree. Her clothes were like the fighter including long sleeves silver inner wear with pink top no sleeves. Both shirt was knee long. And she have silver pants wrapped her long legs.
"Your real clothes is this one, but since you are in the middle of undercover. Lets use commoners clothes for now." Ludra was right. Evelyn's clothes were commoners just like hers. But, Ludra's was silver and yellow. And as she remembered, Frayle's was black and silver while Raven's was black and purple. Now that she got her bathe and a new set of clothes, she felt sleepy. And to her astonishment once again, her clothes change into a white lace ruffle long night dress with small flower embroidered on the chest. With that lace wear and night wind blowing on her, she then felt cold. But before she could warm herself, a white long cape appeared on top of her night dress, warming up her slender body. And she couldnt done anything more than falling asleep as she reached her new bed. She was fast asleep and barely notice when a guy came back from a long stroll just to share her bed. The smile on that guys face as he lean forward to kiss her. He then lay down hugging her waiting to be beat up by her once the morning comes.
