***Fast forward two days later***
At 5:45 am.
Aisha and her friends wake up to a helicopter sound and a voice sounding above them telling them that they are on an uninhabited island. That they are going to be there for five days as they are going to be tested on their survival instincts, endurance, mental and emotional stability, and teamwork.
Aisha gets a very bad feeling as she and the others listen to what the voice is telling them. She looks around to the others to find them looking up the helicopter with confusion.
The voice continues telling them that they each got a single ak47 on them, a handgun, a knife, and a map.
"at this point, there is some clarity with some and a feeling of anxiety is creeping up in their minds with the hairs on their skin standing straight.
The voice goes on to tell them that a bunch of twenty convicted prisoners, murderers, rapists and POW is at the other end of the island and they are tasked with hunting them. They also got the same weapons as them. And they will be heading over as soon as the test starts.
They are then told that whoever survives the five days will pass the test. A rendezvous place is also given to them. They are to meet there from a specific time on the fifth day. They are given an hour to prepare. The test starts at exactly 7 am.
A dreadful feeling falls over everyone. Aisha looks around her at everyone and sees their eyes wide with fear, she looks at her four friends and she sees the fear in their eyes as well as her fears reflected in their eyes.
Just as they are feeling fearful, the voice reminds them that the clock is counting and they only have fifty-five minutes left and then the voice lets out the last bomb that brought out their fear before the helicopter starts to fly away
"YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT BY THE BEST INSTRUCTORS ABOUT SURVIVAL SO I HOPE YOU APPLY WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT IN THIS TEST.
THE OTHER GROUP IS EXPERIENCED SO YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD.
" IT'S EITHER KILL OR BE KILLED"
WHAT WILL YOUR CHOICE BE?
***GOOD-LUCK***
They hear as the helicopter sounds fade away…
A huge bomb has just been dropped on a bunch of kids. Some of them are shaking with some dropping to the ground with huge, fearful eyes. They look around them but the same fear is reflected in the eyes of the other.
Bry and the other three looks at Aisha with wide eyes, similarly filled with fear and they then remember the conversation they had with her two days prior.
Aisha also looks at them with fear in her eyes while looking composed but said nothing. All that is running in everyone's mind at this moment in time is
" Oh Shit, we are so dead".
It takes another ten minutes of panicking before an eighteen-year-old boy composes himself enough to tell everyone to keep themselves under control and to stop panicking as panicking is not going to help anyone. He tells them that they knew that something like this was going to happen someday and that someday is today. All they can do now is to make sure they survive.
The bunch thinks to themselves that it's true what Tom, the eighteen years old boy said. Deep down, they've always known… But knowing and happening are different altogether, besides, even though they were trained for this, they are still a bunch of kids.
Another five minutes pass by before all of them are calm enough to discuss their strategies. They look around each other to see that the youngest kids are 10 years and the oldest are 18 years old.
In the next twenty minutes or so, they decide to form 20 groups, consisting of 10 members each. Coincidence or not, there are twenty 18 years old kids, 13 boys and 7 girls. It is decided that the eighteen years old are going to lead everybody else.
After everything is finalized, they look at the time and think that it runs fast.
At 6h50 am, the groups wish each other luck before they separate to go their own way.
At exactly 7 am, a sound goes off above the island signaling the beginning of the test.

POW- Prisoner of war
also, keep in mind that the ak47 rifle is used by kids as young as 7 years old in some African countries plagued by war. It might seem farfetched but it's not
