"it's our present, big sister made the cake and I did the decoration"
Cacha was proud with her masterpiece.
"This is present from us" Sasha said as she hugged her little sister.
Nick was speechless
"It's beautiful"
Alice hugged the girls.
For both of them, the girl presents was indeed beautiful and priceless. It was a recognition of their relationship, were cheering their love and welcoming her to the family.
"Get the wine and glass as well" Mr feng said.
Nick smilled then hugged his sister before got the wine and glasses as well.
"Cheers" they toasted with the glass wine up except Cacha. She had her soda.
Alice took a picture of the cake.
"lets take picture"
They happily took many pictures before cut and enjoyed the cake.
"I wish they are here"
Alice underatood what Mrs Feng mean by Them. They were their foster kids. Feng family had 3 forster kids, 1 god son snd p be god daughter.
Alan and Sean were their foster kids. Alan was an Asian background like them, his parents used to work in their family shop as partimer, but they passed away due to car accident and had no family. Mr and Mrs Feng looked after him since then. he was a doctor and his parnert Jean was a police officer, both of them served community in remote area.
Sean was from broken family, his dad wad an addict. His mum ran away from his dad and was abused badly when he was young, police took him from his abusive dad and sent him to hospital. One of Mrs Feng friend was a nurse, she asked the family if they are willing to took him and they did. He was a lawyer. he had romantoc relationship with Bella. He was overseas for 1 year, he should be back in a month or two.
Josh was the family god son. he was disown by his family due to his sexual preference. Lana is the god daughter. when she was still an international student, she used to work with them. Her family was in Europe, when her parents came to country A, they asked Mr and Mrs Feng to look after her on their behalf.
Mr and Mrs Feng look after them as their own. Mr Feng dream was to have a big family because he was the only child and felt lonely without sibling. But, Mrs Feng refused to have more children. Being pregnant while looked after family and helped earning money was not easy to do.
"they already called us, mum" Alice broke the silent.
"Mum, dad, we ..."Nick was nervous
"we plan have a wedding in october"
"So fast" the girls were surprised"
" Well. I don't mind you guys married soon. It is better do it early as both of you already living together for more than a year now. But .. do we have enough time for the preparation ?"
"Mum, we don't need much preparation. A simple white dress, wedding ring and registration of our marriage are enough for me"
Nick agreed with Alice by nodding .
"Dear, how many husband do you plan to have? and you, how many wife do you wish to have ? " Mr feng glared at the young couple.
"only one of course" this time, Alice nodded. She was agreed with her fiancee.
"Then we need to have a proper wedding, it won't be a grand one but we still have to hold a party.
" Alice and I, we want to to it before Sasha goes to country K and before Christmas shopping peak"
"I will only away for 2 weeks in January. My one year contract will start in march.
Why don't you do it in febuary?" Sasha felt guilty.
"February, It's valentine. Bit late to planned it now. Actually, we found a nice chinese restaurant. It was only open few months ago. the food is very nice. I've check with owner, it's available on October. The owner is parent of one Nick ex-colleagues. We can inspect the place tomorrow" Alice revealed her triumph card.
"we can help each other" Cacha suggested While taking her small note book and pen from her backpack
"right what we need ? Place is ticked"
"of course wedding dress and tux, stupid "
Sasha poked Her sister.
"that's will be me"Nick said
"I'll help with the cake and invitation" cacha nominated her self.
They shared all the task among them.
It was cold rainy and windy night.
Mr Feng, Mrs Feng Sasha drank few glasses of wine, so they could not drive. Sasha still learned to drive, Nick wad reluctant to let her drive in those kind of weather.
"lets sleep here tonight. Mum and dad stay in our room, and four of us sleep in living room" Alice suggested.
" We have sofa bed and a spare single bed. mum and I am going to be on my sleeping bag" Nick explained confused Mrs Feng.
"But no cloths"Mr feng argued. He didn't like to wear same cloths the next day.
"tada !!" Sasha opened her backpack which full of cloths, and Cacha copied her sister, she opened hers.
everyone understood now why they brough big and heavy backpacks.
Mrs Feng frown to her daughters.
"don't look us like that mum!, We saw dad brough the wine. we knew we are going to have a drink"
"and we checked it gonna wet tonight" cacha supported her sister then they both cocked.
"fine,we stay here tonight" Empress had decided. so, King had to follow no other choise, while the naughty pricessess was grinning happily.
