Chapter 27: Chapter 24
Taehyung was busy playing video games to take off his mind from 'someone' when he heard weird noises in his house. "Huh? What could it be?" He shrugged and decided to check by himself. He put his controller back on its original position and walks out of the room only to regret it later. There his eyes fell on Hoseok and Jennie sitting on the couch trying to eat each other's faces hungrily. He groaned and walks back into the room. "The fuck I ruined my game just to see that?" He sighs and after few minutes decides to play another game. He was so engrossed in the game when a sound made him stop. More like a faint moan. What was that? It came again but louder making Taehyung's eyes widen and his face flushed with pink. The sounds started getting louder and louder making it uncomfortable for him to even stay in his own room. He groaned and got up and quickly put a white hoodie before walking out of the door while covering his ears with both of his palms. He looks at the room's door from where these sounds are coming before quickly averting his eyes and left the house. "Great! Now I can't even stay in the house peacefully" Muttering curses under his breath he decided to go to some park to relax. Maybe that will help him with his wandering mind? Yeah that's a good idea.
After spending three hours at the park and trying take his mind off someone (Which he failed to) He walks back to home. Just as he reached the building he saw the subject of his thoughts walking wobblingly in the house. He quickly rushes to Yunki and holds him before the other could trip and fall. He put Yunki's left hand on his shoulder and his own hand around the other's waist. The sudden strong smell of alcohol made him scrunch his nose. "You are drunk!" "Thanks. I didn't notice" The younger scoffed at the reply and helped the boy walk into his room before making him sit on the bed. He started removing his jacket before moving to his shoes and socks. "You know how worried I got when I saw you leaving the uni.? I even called you and messaged you many times but why would you care right? And now you fucking came back all drunk. Just great!" The brown haired rubs his temple. "You should stop thinking about me." Yunki replied looking a bit sober this time. "You are right. I should really stop caring about someone who doesn't give a fuck about my feelings but you know what? I can't. I can't because I fucking love you." Taehyung wiped his own tears angrily and when he looked back at the older he saw tears running down his cheeks too. Yunki is clenching his fists to control his tears but can't. He can't when everything running through his mind is how pathetic his life is. How he has ruined his own family and can't do anything about it. Taehyung's heart broke seeing his hyung in this condition. Looking so broke and vulnerable that he himself couldn't handle watching him anymore. He quickly rushes to the older and sat beside him on the bed before hugging him tightly. "It's fine hyung. Don't cry please. I can't see you like this. I am here. I will always be here for you. Take care of you and love you. Please don't cry hyung." "...Even though... if I have killed someone?" Taehyung stopped speaking and lifted his head from Yunki's shoulder with a frown. "W- What?" Yunki turned his head making his saddest eyes meet with the younger's confused ones. "I have killed someone... Taehyung." Taehyung froze. His mind blank and his face paled. No words is coming out of his mouth. Did he... D-Did he hear right? Yunki is joking right? Definitely he is. No way on the earth his hyung can k-kill someone. No. It's just a joke, A fucking joke to make Taehyung leave him. Yes that's what it is. He is just making up things so that Taehyung would stop loving him. But he isn't that stupid. He won't fall for this. The younger snickered before bursting out laughing. "St- Stop joking hyung." He said but the older just look at him with a defeated look while more tears started cascading down his cheeks. "Don-Don't give me that look. And don't joke ar- around." "It's not a joke." "SHUT UP!... Just please.... Shut up." Taehyung got up angrily. He doesn't know what is happening. What he is hearing. He just wishes it's just a joke and soon the older will say that he said all this just to make Taehyung leave him. "Y-you can't NO!.. My..... My Yun-Yunki hyung can never do this. No" Yunki scoffed and gave a sad smile to the younger. "Unfortunately I did Taehyung. I... killed my own brother." Yunki bit his lower lip to stop tears from falling down but failing miserably. Taehyung can't breathe. Everything is suffocating him. It feels like someone has put a heavy rock over his chest making it hard to even breathe. Air got stuck in his throat. H-Have his ears stop working suddenly? How cou-could he hear som..... something horrible like t-that. His Yunki hyung is a.... killer? "Yo..... you didn't. Just tell me you didn't. P-Please.....Just...." "I killed him with my own hands. My own brother Taehyung. My own brother." "NO! JUST FUCKING SHUT UP!!!" The younger pulled his own hairs in frustration and sadness. His knees soon gave up making him fall on the floor while crying loudly. Yunki just can't look into other's eyes so he just covered his face with his palm before crying even more. He then heard some sounds and when he looked he saw that the younger has already left making him cry even more. 'He will hate me now.' he thought. 'But I deserve it.'
Staring at the boy while he is sleeping has also become his hobby these days. The paranoia has taken over him to an extent that now he doesn't want to put his guards down even for a second. Keeping his eyes on his boyfriend for every second thinking that if he wouldn't then surely something might happen to his precious boy. No matter how many times Jin tried to relax him. Talked to him and explained him that he shouldn't have to do all that. He is safe now and in his arms but still the fact that someone is right out there waiting for a single chance to take his happiness away and to his fear for forever is what eating him. He doesn't even want to think about what he will do without his lover. Surely he won't be able to live. The silver haired boy brushed back few hair bangs from the sleeping boy's forehead. A smile eliciting his lips looking at the beautiful sight. Oh how he missed this person. Crying every night to sleep had become his habit. It feels like it has been years since last time he met his hyung. He had become that plant who has not gotten sunlight for a long time. Fading due to the absence of his sunlight; his hyung.
Sleep. Sleep has also become one of his enemy. Having nightmares of his boyfriend being taken away from him every night is making his situation worst. The dark circles and pale face is telling how less of rest he has been taking these days. His mind is not relaxed even for a second. Thoughts of his hyung getting away from him is what making him worry all the time. It's not like Jin is not aware of this. Watching his boyfriend worrying for him every second is what making him worried too. The latter sticks with him whenever he can and keeps an eye on him. It's not like Jin never tried to talk to him but the younger is very stubborn. But Jin doesn't blame him. If he was in the younger's place he would have reacted the same. But seeing his boyfriend's health worsen day by day is what Jin doesn't want. He doesn't want him to feel so unsafe and scared all the time but the latter is too stubborn to listen and Namjoon knows it. He knows what he is doing to his hyung but can you blame him? He had almost lost one of his most important person in his life and even after going through all of that they still aren't safe. A lot of things have happened in the poor boy's life and his this sudden change in behavior is very reasonable.
ed the sleeping boy's head before getting up careful to not make any noise. After successfully getting out of the room without waking his hyung up Namjoon walks to the door before opening it. "Taehyung?" The said male looks up with his teary eyes making the older even more confused and worried. His swollen and red eyes gave Namjoon the idea that he has been crying for a while. A sob escaped the crying male's lips and he quickly hugged the silver haired male making him stumble a bit but he soon caught balance. "Taehyung ah? Are you OK? What happened?" He asked but only got loud cries in return. He rubbed his back soothingly and let him cry on his shoulder for few minutes before taking him inside and made him sit on the couch. He walks into the kitchen before coming back with a glass of water which the younger accepted. "Now tell me what happened?" Namjoon asked after sitting beside the crying male. "C-Can I sleep here tonight?" Taehyung asked avoiding the other's previous question which didn't go unnoticed by the older making him sigh. "Fine you can stay here. There is a spare bedroom you can use." Taehyung mumbled a small thank you before asking him the directions and then walking into the said room.
The next day soon came and it's only seven of them in the cafeteria with three girls Rose, Lisa, Jennie and four boys Jimin Jeongguk, Hoseok and Namjoon. University doesn't feel like university anymore. Sure they had few complications before but still all of them were together. It used to feel like a family and they used to have lots of fun together. Coming here is something they used to look forward to but these days everything has changed. No more fun days. No more gossips and chatting. No more laughing like crazy until their stomachs hurt. Now they just stay busy in their own thoughts. Everyone of them has their own problems and no one wants to share. They think that keeping it with themselves or avoiding the situation will eventually solve everything. But what they don't know is that it's not the case. They need to take actions. Just by sitting and hoping that everything will be fine on its own is wrong. But the thing is none of them wants to do anything. "Are you sure Tae is OK?" Hoseok asked. "I don't know. He didn't tell me anything. But today I will try to talk to him." Namjoon replied making the other sigh. "I think it's something related to Suga hyung. He was also behaving weird in the morning. When I went into his room I found him crying silently. I wanted to ask but thought that he needs time. And also he wasn't looking like he is in the condition to talk about anything" "Maybe they fought?" Jennie said making Hoseok nod. "It might be the case but I hope it's not. I am tired of watching you people fight with each other." He spoke making Jeongguk look at his brother from the corner of his eyes. Jimin on other hand is worried about Taehyung. On hearing that the younger was crying a lot the previous day has broke is heart. Yes he still has feelings for that boy even if his feelings for his brother is lot more now. Taehyung is someone very important in his life. They had past together. A beautiful memory which he can't forget nor he wants to. Yes the younger has left him for someone else but he doesn't blame him any more. Like his mother said we cannot control our feelings for someone. And now he can understand it even more when he himself has developed feelings for someone he shouldn't have.

I made a mistake about Hyunki's age. It should be 'nine' years old instead of 'six' or esle other events which had taken place in the past won't make any sense as he would be too young for them. I am really sorry for this mistake. Hope you are enjoiying this book so far:)
