Chapter 268: NONCHALANCE

Ru Yichen arrived at the Shanghai police headquarters, met with an officer at the door that showed him the way to the waiting room Zhaolin was staying.

As he approached the door, his bravery wavered, he wanted to run away. But why should he? Zhaolin is his brother.

He turned the doorknob, pushing the door open. And there was Zhaolin, with a straight face, staring directly at the doorknob.

Then slowly, he pulled his eyes upwards.

Yichen instantly looked away, avoiding eye contact as he put his hands into his jacket pockets.

He stood at the door, unsure whether to tread further. 

There was a smile playing on Zhaolin's lips, he pushed his tongue round his mouth and spoke. "How long are you planning on standing there?"

Yichen, swallowed. He moved his gaze to focus it on Zhaolin. "You think it will be fun, in here?"

"What's with you?"
