Chapter 3: Prologue
He stands quietly in front of the double pane floor window, his hands loosely clasped behind his back. The room that he stood in was black, as black as night. This room is his office.
"The moon is so...lovely tonight." The shadow man spoke, his voice was dark and quiet. He was just beginning to enjoy the icy silence of the room when two heavy knocks on the double oak doors shattered the silence. The man growled. "Enter."
A man, dressed as a general from hell, entered the room. He knelt before the shadow man. "Lord Lucifer, two more magic users have been destroyed. Harshly."
Lucifer laughed a cold laugh and turned away from the window in order to face the man. "Excellent Nexon, excellent."
Nexon smiled coldly. "Also, a girl, no older then sixteen, has been delivered to your room. She is a water mage."
Lucifer laughed once more. "Perfect, all is going according to plan. Alert the media, tell them to send another message to the magic users."
"What shall I tell them my lord?"
Lucifer gave him a ghoulish grin. "Be creative."
Nexon nodded his head as he rose to his feet. He bowed before Lucifer then he departed.Lucifer turned back to the window. "Soon I shall rule the entire Universe." Lucifer's laugh echoed throughout his Gothic castle.
