Chapter 3: I Can Help With This
Kevin walked to the north together with his bag. I did so because Nelly mother arrived right after we started walking. She gave me the form paper.
"Shall we separate into two?" Kevin asked me.
"It's not just shall, we should," I answered, "it's more efficient."
"Which sector is efficient?"
"The time, because at the same time we can get one each, equals to two each time."
"But that's not efficient enough for the paper," he uttered, "we shall divide it into two."
"Yes, you're right," I puffed.
I opened up my phone, took a look for the time. We still had time.
A senior high school pupil passed, he was bringing a book in his hand. Suddenly, an idea passed on my head.
"Let's write it on a paper," I pulled a paper off of my notes, "we can gather them soon."
Kevin accepted the paper, "Good idea, but it is OK to give me your paper?"
"What's wrong with it?"
"Yeah, something like socialism."
"Socialism, what does that mean?"
"Nope, I'll explain it to you later," he uttered, "let's moving."
"Yes, don't waste our time."
Right after that, Kevin started walking to the kindergarten area. He ran quickly after he walked for some seconds. Not gonna lie, I couldn't catch him.
I decided to walk slowly back to the junior high school. There weren't much pupils as before, even less than before that was so few.
As I walked to the volley court, I heard a crowding steps sound. I continued walking normally, seeing if there was any 7B members.
That steps sound passed through me, they were females and Fransisca was also there. Some of them continued walking after some steps, but stopped after Fransisca stepped backwards.
She threw her eyes at me, "Are you still sticking at that form?"
"Form?"
"Those phone numbers."
"Not yet."
"Alright," she continued walking again.
As she started walking again, the others did so. They didn't stop until they arrived at the Patengola.
I decided to step again. As I walked farther, the sound got smaller. Everyone around started disappearing.
I threw my eyes to look around. There weren't the dormitory residents again, or some pupils that stuck around.
"Yes, there won't be anyone who will stuck around, Norbert," a male voice heard.
"Even that will be good," a female voice sounded, completing the male one.
I looked backward, they were there. Four pupils made of two males and two females.
"Hello there," I greeted them, "I'm not supposed to be here."
"Come on, are you not recognising me?" One of them said, "I'm Leonard. I know what are you doing!"
"And what it was?"
"Looking for your crush?"
I was surprised to hear that. I didn't say anything so I could defend myself.
"Stop messing around with the juniors, Leonard," the female pupi with glasses said, "it will blown up."
"Alright, I know it."
"However," the other male spoke out, "Chrisant and me will go to the front side."
"Yes, is that OK?" The another female asked.
"No problem," Leonard answered.
Once Leonard answered, they left and there were only me, Leonard, and the female pupil with glasses.
The female one threw her eyes at me, noticing that I was bringing a notes and pen in my hand while I was also bringing a bag.
"What are you doing this time?" She interrogated me.
I noticed that she wore a badge as Leonard did. I took a look at Leonard badge and found that they was the same.
"Union, you're a council member, aren't you?" I tried to confirm.
"Yes, she is," Leonard answered, "she is Tiffany from the Linguistics while I am from the Spirituality."
"Okay, I think I can tell you," I uttered, "I'm going to collect phone numbers of my classmates. But my partner, Kevin, suddenly ran and I don't know where is he now."
"Are you sure you didn't try to catch him?"
"If he going to do so, then why he suddenly ran and even didn't hear my speech?"
They looked at each other, seemed surprised.
"Ah, never mind that, he is the boy with Scottish style, isn't he?"
"Yes, he is. Did you see him some moments ago?"
"Yes, we just ran from the main complex gate. We saw him," he threw his eyes at Tiffany, "she is asking about him."
"Okay, so he is going home."
"At least you aren't lonely, aren't you?"
"Yes, not really."
"Then where are they?"
"She is wandering around," I answered, "but I don't sure."
"Oh," he puffed.
At the same time, the female one, Tiffany, looked at her watch on her arm. It seemed she caught by the time.
"I have to go home now, keep wander around," she uttered.
"Okay, I think only me left."
She left me and Leonard there. He seemed to be don't have an idea.
I puffed and stepped ahead again, continuing my step. He stepped ahead, seemed trying to follow me.
I threw my eyes at him, "What do you want from me?"
"Me?"
"Yes, you. Just so you know, I'm doing a task from Mrs. Regina to collect everyone phone numbers."
"Uh, oh, really? Are you mentioning your classmates?"
"I don't need to tell it, if you can't help me, it's better if you do your own thing than wasting your time."
He smirked, "Am I looking like that?"
I puffed, "No, not really."
"Then how?"
I stepped ahead, "Stop wasting my and your time."
I walked quickly ahead, I saw a pupil on the second floor. I couldn't get who are they, but it had a bit of chance.
"You don't need to walk around and not find your friends," they're going home aren't they?"
I stopped," There is two way of going home, by the north gate and by the south gate. Kevin supposed to collect there while I'm collecting here."
"But he's going home," he uttered, "I can help you. I know all you need this time."
"Really?"
"Follow me!" He started running with his bag on his bag.
I followed him running for a short trip. We arrived at the corner of the ground floor.
I saw that Fransisca was there, she may help but she seemed under her own business. I didn't want to distract.
Leonard started walking to the stair to the second floor. He looked at me, instructing me to keep following.
