Chapter 5: The Cylindrical Room (1)
Meanwhile, Tadeo went to a corner of the spacious room and touched a cylindrical painting of a mossy forest in the wall.
A hidden door suddenly sprung and as Tadeo opens it, a room full of ancient and few modern books can be seen dangling but arranged well in the four sides of the rectangular minimalistic room, as if there is an invisible book shelf holding the books together, which are also arranged according to the date, era and century it was published.
This is a dream nook for every bookworm.
Not only with the countless books which provide knowledge and amusement to anyone, most particularly with the history of over a thousand years, even before the bible became a sacred book,
But also because of that particular function it has...
In a special corner of the room, there is a small cabinet, one that isn't naked to the eye as the others. No books can be seen inside it but an ancient text in few verses reveals that it holds more than what meets the eye:
"Peek through
your innermost desires
through simply
putting your fingers
and closing your eyes.
Dream and be at where
you mostly wanted to be".
The man covered with a melancholic aura, whose body is that of the ancient gods, muscular and strong, is reading the text again and again despite definitely knowing what it says,
For he had been here countless times
Besides, he's the one who obtained, created and improved this, but through someone,
Through that someone, that one person he dearly adores and can't ever forget...
