Chapter 1: Chapter One

I wake up. Then I shout, "YES! TODAY IS THE DAY!" I run downstairs and hug my Mom, "Where's Dad?" I ask. "He is at work, remember?"she asks. "Oh yeah! He is the new professor of the Kanto region, I have to go get my first Pokémon from him today!" I give my Mom one more hug and I run to my Dad's office. "Dad, Where's my Pokémon!" I shout at him joyfully. "Happy thirteenth Birthday" he says while holding out a big metal box with three red and white balls in it, they were all labelled, Bulbasaur, Squirtel, and Charmander. I immediately knew which one I wanted, I picked up the one labeled Bulbasaur, shouted "Bulbasaur I choose you!", and threw it up. It opened in mid air and a very adorable Bulbasaur popped out.
