Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Waking Up In Star Wars
John Cloud grew up in a small house on a small street with hardly any other children on his block which was strange for the era in the late 2000s to 2010s but then again it just might have been the fact that he lived in the worst part of any hood you could think of.
The one saving grace was the few kids that did live on the block all had a major obsession with Star Wars from the original trilogy and prequels to the expanded universe and even though Disney had later dismantled the eu in favor of new films and stories what he had read and reenacted with his friends growing up stayed with him even through his grade school and high school years till one fateful day.
" Hey are we still gonna go see the Han Solo movie or is that out still" asked John over the phone to his friend Chris who had an instant reply " it's out unless you can ask your sister Jackie to come along other than yeah the whole franchise is out till that no good franchise ruining company either sells the ownership back to George or at least to someone who cares about the fans and the story so unless you bring your sister it's a big hell no."
" Cmon bro you know good and well my sister doesn't like you and the other thing she hate star wars so please be reasonable." " fine fine just let me hear you asked her and I won't bug you about it anymore ok?" "Ok" responded John decided to leave his phone on the conversation and went and knocked on his sister's door there was an immediate response " What do you want !" yelled Jackie who sounded extremely frustrated so the next response was automatic since no brother would talk to their sister in that frustrated mood " Nothing I just wanted to let you know I'm going to Chris' house for the night , see ya later sis." and John quickly made his way to the front door jamming to John Williams Duel Of Fates.
And then it happened out of nowhere a drunk big rig driver came out of nowhere swerving down a street he should not have been on lost control and flipped over with its cargo smashing through quite a few vehicles and yet there was only on casualty a black haired teenager who also shouldn't have died that day but death wasn't the attention to detail type so when that one soul came up out of that tragic accident death had to correct his own fatal flaw and so he peered through that young man's life looking to see where he could send his soul and that's when death noticed the young John Cloud's hobby and passion.
Death quickly approached the soul of John and stated his business " boy you have died way before your time for that I am sorry that truck was not meant to come down your street but it did so now I leave you with two choices stay here on this plane and be a ghost till your life force runs out and you fade away or go to the alternate universe you call Star Wars choose quickly before I change my mind and decide for you."
John answered without hesitation " Star Wars I'll gladly go to Star Wars and if possible can I go there 10 years before the rise of the rebellion mr. Death?" to which Death responded " that'd be no issue let's just hash a few things out what do you wanna be when you get there?" " a jedi padawan who'd survived order 66 who's looking to finish his training." "Good you know what you want to be now how strong do you want your potential and no that does not mean you can be invincible just how strong you can possibly get if you survive long enough" " I wanna be as strong as Anakin Skywalker before he lost all his limbs including his arm." Death closed his eyes and snapped his fingers then stated what was next to come " Boy I cannot move your dead body from here to there but I can do you one better I've found a subject in that universe who looks very much like you and is near the brink of death himself now it will be up to you to meld into this universe and my last parting gift you can keep all your knowledge of your previous life and the one your about to take over now get ready this process is harrowing so I need to concentrate and you need to be still for me."
Suddenly John could feel his spirit moving between spaces as if it was being pulled into a vacuum and then it was sudden darkness and then warmth and light and then cold " can some one please kill the lights and turn on the heater it's to cold" John cried out expecting to hear his mother's voice he heard a deep voice reply to his question " the lights can be dimmed but what is a heater young master Clouds?" John's eyes opened immediately and ignoring his last request he asked " where are we."
