Chapter 53: Fight

Brennus has to find a way to get rid of the parasite inside of him. He cannot let that little girl gather any more strength. It's scary to think about the rate at which she grew in power compared to him the past 5 months.

He walks towards the office bureau of king Armel with a sense of urgency in his step.

"Armel!"

Opening the door without warning, he impolitely calls out the name of the king in front of the minister of treasury. In the past, the minister would have said something to adminish this behaviour, but with so many dead bodies piling up and the king not caring, it'd be easier to simply plan a rebellion at this point.

King Armel looks at the minister, guessing his thoughts. But he has to be patient and hang on.

"Very good, you're dismissed."

The minister of treasury leaves with a sigh of relief. It's always better to stay far away from that crazy woman.

"Armel. I think I have gathered enough power, give me the crown."
