Chapter 2: An arranged live in relationship?!
I was so lost in wondering what work would Mr.Xi have with Vadim that when the driver took a sharp turn I landed up in Vadim's lap.
I lost my conscious for a while and when i regained it I found myself in Vadim's careful embrace. He was scolding the driver.
What is happening?...
I shook off the thought with a shrug and returned to my place.
Soon we reached the destination.
I immediately entered Uncle Xi's office to clear all my doubts. I was about to shoot Uncle with my questions but suddenly my eyes fell upon others in the office.
Mrs.Xi , Mr. and Mrs. Chan...
What are they doing here?
In a short span Vadim entered the office. I looked at him and found him similarly shocked.
" Wondering why we are all here?" Auntie Xi seemed to have understood our expressions.
"Well we have arranged a live in relationship for you two."
"What??!" We were both equally shooked at their words.
"Well with the two of yours collaboration we would announce the collaboration of Chan and Xi family. We have already adopted you darling Helen. You are now Xi Helen." Uncle Xi well now papa explained.
"But what about my parents?" I did not quite understand this all.
I received everyone's sad look on the question.
What are they hiding from me??

My new father showed me the legal adoption papers with my parents approvals.

"But we are still young for marriage and all the tying things!" I exclaimed.
"Exactly " Vadim approved.
"No arguments. " This was all we got from our parents.
I wish I was an adult.
"We have arranged a villa for the two of you. You must live together from now on. Before you say anything NO OBJECTIONS."
"Please understand and think that if the two strongest family in the entire continent would extend hands of friendship what power we would gain. " Our elders explained.
" But our lives are no business deals" I opposed.
"No more explanations. Your driver will take you to your new house. You will share car and driver as well." Father informed.
I had a lot to object but I knew this would be useful infront of these people with business minds.
