Chapter 1: Prologue
*Ding dong*
"Ugh who could be at the door at this hour?" Nari says as she stumbles out of her bed to answer the door she looks threw the peephole to see a handsome man standing there.
"Oh crap it's Taehyung" Nari says as she opens the door.
Taehyung bows and greets Nari as they both discuss the reunion with their old pals.
Nari grew up with Taehyung and the other boys but Taehyung attracted her the most. Seokjin would always tease Taehyung about his crush on Nari ever since Nari and Tae were in 5th grade.
Namjoon would flirt with Nari to make Taehyung jealous because he liked the reaction. Hoseok on the other hand focused on his dance in order to become a choreographer Jimin also as the became a contemporary dancer. Jungkook was in a band with Namjoon and Yoongi. Seokjin worked in the hospital with Taehyung.
"How about a karaoke night?" Taehyung says as he leans in closer and let's out a childlike smile.
Nari couldn't believe she was 22 dating the most handsome man in the world.
"Anywhere with you will be perfectly fine" Nari says as she leans in to hug Taehyung.
"Then let's just go out to eat at a restaurant...just the two of us" Taehyung grabs Nari's hands and gives them a delicate kiss.
Nari nods in agreement but she's worried that he'd have to work today.
"Also remember I'm still in medical school so this is just a break for me from all the stress" Taehyung says since he could read anything that was on Nari's mind.
"Okay, I will see you later but be safe on your way there!" She says as she gives Taehyung a light kiss.
"I will see you later beautiful also make sure to dress formally!" Taehyung yells out of the car as he then blows a heart and drives away.

Nari laughs at the chat as all the boys have left due to Taehyungs comment; Nari starts to get ready as she pcheads for work at the café.
"Hm should I wear this dress or this one" Nari puts the dresses over her pajamas until she looks at the time as it reads 6:30am.
"Oh crap I'm late" Nari quickly puts on a green flower dress that flows when she walks, along with peach colored heels as she puts on natural makeup and straightens her hair quickly.
"All done! Oops can't forget these" Nari says as she grabs her glasses and starts heading to the café.
After Nari's shift she goes home to prepare for her date with Taehyung. They've been dating since sophomore year of highschool and are still going strong. Nari decides to put on a two piece dress as the top was a beautiful red lace and the skirt was a loose red bottom that made her look elegant. She applies a natural and night out look on her eyes and a light blush.
*BEEP*
"Guess that must be Taehyung!l" Nari grabs her purse and dashes out the door as she's walking down from her apartment she sees that Taehyung is carrying a bouquet of Flowers and opens the door for her.
"Whoa what's the occasion?" Nari asks as she gives Taehyung a small peck on the cheek.
"I just wanted to show you how much I love you! C'mon let's head to the restaurant!" Taehyung says excitedly as he starts the car.
While eating dinner Taehyung shuffles his hands nervously.
"Nari...I'm deeply in love with you...you make me so happy and the times I've stayed the night at your home I've loved waking up to your beautiful face...your smile still makes my heart flutter...you are just so amazing and I don't every want to lose you" suddenly Taehyung grabs Nari's hand and gets down on his knee.
"Will you marry me? I want to make you the happiest woman and wife in the world and if I want to start a family with you...you are my dream come true"
Nari's eyes start to fill with tears as she accepts the ring and the restaurant erupts into claps.
Taehyung had decided his man of honor would be SeoJoon his best friend from his middle school "Hwrang" as the rest of the boys and some of my male friends also participated and where partnered up with my best female friends

Soon it was the day of the wedding as smiles filled the air and the "I do" brought tears.
Nari officially became Nari Kim as her whole family were glad to see her with such an amazing man who loved her deeply. Soon Nari was expecting twins their life was just the best. Until that day.
4 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿....
"Mommy! I'm hungry! And Insik won't leave me alone!!" Minhyuk yells as he starts to try battling his brother.
"Mommy Minhyuk shoved me! I'm older so he should be nice!" Insik yells back
"only by one minute!" Minhyuk screams back
It wasn't until Taehyung walked in and picked up the boys.
"Boys calm down you are going to stress your mother out and your little sister" Taehyung says as he goes over to kiss Nari.
"Little sister?" The Twins say at the same time.
"We don't know yet honey! We have to wait a couple more months to find out!" Nari says as she wraps her belly.
"I'm a doctor I should know it's going to be a girl!" Taehyung says laughing.
"And if you are wrong?" Nari says as she gives him a smirk.
"Then we are stuck with more boys!" Taehyung wraps his arms around Nari and gives her a peck on the kiss.
"I have to head to work but boys take care of your mother for me!" Taehyung says as he starts to walk out until he suddenly fell.
"Papa! Papa! Mommy!! Daddy fell!" The boys scream as Nari quickly runs to check on Taehyung.
"Honey honey!" Nari dials the ambulance as they arrive and drive him to the emergency room.
"NARI!"
Nari hears her name being called as she turns to see Seokjin and RM come up to her.
"What happened?" They ask as suddenly the other boys appear.
"He-he-he just fell I don't know what happened but he wouldn't wake up" Nari says as tears come from her eyes.
"The twins?" Yoongi asks as he helps Nari sit down.
"They are with my mother" Nari says as she wipes away her tears.
"Everything will be okay Nari" Jungkook says as he gives her a hug.
"Mrs.Kim?" The Doctor says as he appears with a face that says bad news.
"Yes?" Nari says as she holds her heart hoping to hear good news.
"Taehyung....has a terminal disease....we can try treatments to lengthen his life expectancy but it won't be effective since as it seems...he only has 3 months left..."
Nari felt as if her whole world just came crumbling down.
"I'm very sorry Mrs.Kim...." The doctor says as he walks away leaving Nari speechless and in tears.
"Nari calm down!" Namjoon says as he grabs her as she started to shake.
Jimin and Hoseok go get the doctor to make sure Nari is okay due to the fact she's pregnant.
Suddenly Nari's vision started to fade as the words of Taehyung echoed in her head.
"I love you"
