Chapter 4: Being Born and More Gift from God
The first thing Tsuna knew when he wakes up was, he is in a white room, he felt very tired, and someone carrying him.
'Where am I?' Tsuna thought as he inspected the room with his eyes, his head is heavier than usual. From what he could see, it was one of the hospital room, by everything being white and the smell of antiseptic.
Then, not far from where he was, he could see his mother. Sawada Nana, who looks much younger than his mother in the previous world, his mother that he hasn't met in years. She looks tired but looks so happy.
"Would you like to see your son? Sawada-san?" said a deep voice that interrupted Tsuna's inspection of the room.
It was when he started to look for the man behind the voice. Then he felt himself moving and he realized everything's looks bigger, he looked down then mentally 'HIIIEED' his body is in size of a baby in a blue blanket. He easily being carried by a man now he realized as a doctor.
'Looks like God fulfilled his part.' Tsuna thoughts as the doctor handed him to his mother
Doctor: "Here you go, Sawada-san."
"Thank you, doctor," Nana said, as she took her newborn baby from the doctor. "C-c-cute! He is so cute!"
'Mama... I really missed you' Tsuna thought
Her son had doe eyes the color of milk chocolate and they had a soft edge to them because of the way his eyes were shaped. Brown full eyelashes making the softness oh his eyes look more prominent. And light brown hair that spiked up in tufts that looked like the softest thing in the world, peach colored skin, and a heart-shaped face, with a dainty body, that when older will no doubt look like his mama with skin softer than any baby, that the nurse had ever felt.
When Tsuna heard his mama yell 'cute' he sweats dropped and thought, 'She is exactly like Mama back before... I need to take a nap, I'm so tired.'
Tsuna fell asleep in his Mama's arms.
Nana, noticing her baby fell asleep, then started to notice that her husband and her little Iey-kun wasn't with her.
She turned to the nurse and said: "When you leave can you send my husband and my other son in?"
Nurse: "Sure, Sawada-san"

"Papa, when will I see my otouto?" asked little Ieyatsu who is five years old, but looks like 7 or 8 years old.
The little boy had a narrow blue eye, spiky blond hair with tan skin from being in the sun so much playing baseball. Some muscles showing from all the practice he did, and you could see that when he was older he would be handsome and looks like his papa who was sitting on a bench, outside a hospital room with the little boy next to him.
"Iey-kun, you have to wait a little longer to see your otouto," said Iemitsu.
"But I want to see him now," said Ieyatsu with a pout.
"I know, but-" His response was interrupted by the door across from the bench he was sitting on, opening and a nurse coming out with a big smile. Easing the father a bit knowing that everything was fine with his wife and newborn son.
"You may come in now," said the nurse before she headed to the nurse's station.
Dad POV
His older son was running into the hospital room, where he could see his wife lying in a bed looking tired, holding a bundle in her arms.
Author POV
Ieyatsu, jumped on the bed as soon as he was close enough to get up over the railing and with the support of his Mama's arm, peered into the bundle of the blue blanket in his Mama's arms and saw a cute little baby boy.
"Mama, is this my otouto?" Asked Ieyatsu in wonder.
"Yes, he is your otouto," answered Nana with a smile.
"HE'S SO CUTE!" yelled Iemitsu, when he got a glance of his new baby boy from behind Hiro, making said boy jump not noticing his papa coming over to them.
"Papa, don't be so loud or you'll wake up the baby," said Nana, in a scolding manner.
And she was right, once Tsuna hearing his papa's loud voice, he woke up still feeling tired.
'I wonder what papa is being so loud about? It must be super cute in order for him to scream it at the top of his lungs' thought Tsuna as he looked straight into a pair of crystal blue eyes, sleepily.
"Hey, otouto, I'm your aniki. I can't wait till you're older, then we can play baseball and have loads of fun. We will also have fun when you come home, then we play, and other stuff..." Ieyatsu kept rambling, till his otouto grabbed a piece of his hair and pulled him down till his nose. His otouto smiled really cutely at Ieyatsu making Ieyatsu blush at his otouto cuteness.
'He's got such a soft hair, I think Papa was talking about him when he yelled cutely, but I think he is more handsome than cute. Also, I really can't believe I got an aniki. I always wanted a sibling' thought Tsuna while giving a smile to Iey. (One of Keitaro wish)
But the moment was interrupted by another loud yell by Iemitsu, "I got such a cute boy. I can't wait to brag about them at work!"
While learning from where he stood and hugged his boys with Ieyatsu complaining to his papa and the baby giggling at the two's antics. Nana, not hearing her name in the conversations or getting a hugged by her husband, had a dark look come over her face as she let her hair cover her eyes.
'I can't believe Iemitsu would like our boys looks better than mine or that he wouldn't say anything to me once he came here' Nana thought, sullenly.
Everyone seemed oblivious to Nana's dark features, except for Tsuna. Tsuna seeing his Mama's dark face quickly included her into the family moment by wiggling in her arms and giving her a bright smile.
Nana seeing her newborn son smile at her took away her dark look and replaced it with a bright smile of her own and making her realize that they haven't named him yet.
"Papa, Iey-kun, I think it's about time we name the new addition to our family," said Nana while still looking at her newborn son, who now looked a little worried but it quickly left his face making Nana think she was more tired than she thought.
Iemitsu, realizing his wife was right, he looked at Ieyatsu and said, "Why don't you name him Iey-kun? He is your otouto"
"Really?" Asked Ieyatsu as he looked at his Papa, then his Mama, who smiled and nodded at him.
Smiling widely he looked at his otouto, who was staring at him like he knew he was going to hear something important. Then he looked at his parents and said with a lot of conviction and a dead serious face.
"Tuna, his name will be Tuna"
Tsuna: 'Why? Do I look like a fish to you? My brother'
Nana and Iemitsu couldn't help but laugh, while the one in question looked like he was about to cry.
"Iey-kun, how about Tsunayoshi and for a nickname, we will call him Tuna?" asked Nana after she calmed down from laughing.
Ieyatsu pouted but nodded none the less when he sees his otouto look at him, with a puppy dog eyes that seemed to beg him to agree.
Tsuna: 'Please anything but my real name to be Tuna it would be my worst nightmare I would never want to remember a nickname is still fine.'
Iemitsu was just about to comment on the name his youngest son when his work cellphone went off, making the room atmosphere tense.
"Why are you calling Lal? Did something happen?" He asked quickly, knowing the more time he took that there was a greater chance of something bad happening.
"You need to get back now, Iemitsu" came response from Lal.
"All right, I'm on my way," said Iemitsu, not even asking for a reason, knowing that he will find out later when he isn't around his family.
As he hung up he returned from his phone and he saw his family looking at him with different expressions, Nana looked sad, Ieyatsu disappointed, and Tsunayoshi with... understanding and... pride? Iemitsu shook his head after he looked at Tsunayoshi and looked at his wife with sympathetic eyes.
"I'm sorry sweetie but work just called me and they need me back to be a hero," He said with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes because he really wanted to stay with his family.
Nana didn't seem to notice the fake smile back and said, "I know your work is important."
While Ieyatsu smiled and said, "When you come back, can we play catch?"
Putting on a real smile, Iemitsu said, "Sure and maybe we can have cute little Tuna play too"
'I'm NOT CUTE!' Tsuna thought, while also starting to think about maybe he was the one that his Papa was yelling about.
Nana: 'Is my son more important to you than me, Iemitsu. Will, you even love me anymore? No, I make just overthinking. Maybe he should not be born. No, I am his mother no matter what.'
With one last hug for each of his family, Iemitsu left the hospital. And along with her sons, and tired from just Giving birth, Nana pushed a button on the side of her bed calling for a nurse.
Nana: 'I wish that Iemitsu would love me as much as before. I wish I can help him with anything. I have a clue about what he is doing. I really wish when he talks about me, not as a wife that can only be a housewife but something he can proud with, someone who can work side by side with him. Is that selfish maybe? I really wish I can help him to relieve from the burden he's carrying.'
Five minutes later, the same nurse from earlier, came in and ushered Ieyatsu to the daycare for the kids at the hospital. Then put a now named Tsunayoshi, in a crib in the nursery, where he fell asleep immediately. Tsuna was only acting asleep.
Tsuna: 'This is going to be an interesting life and I can't wait to get to know my aniki'
Yuki communicates through Tsuna mind: 'To be ready to be born mission completed. You have gain 1000 GKP and God Happy Birthday Gift'
Tsuna: 'Yuki please open the God Happy Birthday Gift'
Yuki: ' Yes master. God Happy Birthday Gift opening in 3..... 2..... 1..... Ding! Congratulation Host for gain:

Tsuna: 'Please read the note.'
Yuki: 'The note says, 'Tsuna you need new guardians to protect yourself. I believe you know many powerful people that can help you to overcome the crisis. I believe you know who I am talking about the rings and boxes weapons would help you to find the best candidates you can have. For now, goodbye' by God. Master what about it.'
Tsuna: 'Indeed I have many candidates in my minds, but all the candidates I can only get them after the curse of Arcobaleno to be finished. I can use bait and make a bet against them to become my guardian. However, I cannot of the sky and thunder guardians. Yuki, please me my stat.'
If right now anyone sees Tsuna sadistic smile that was rubbed off by Reborn they would definitely that this baby is not a baby too bad no one see it.
