Chapter 15: ch 3 [ The first appearance of devil ]

the police were informed by me barricading the whole plant downstairs.
fucking all the top cops came with there arcanines . the ranger Corp top officers were blocking the sky with pidgeoto etc other ride able pokemons.
the media crew of local new and international news channels also started to cover the first appearance of fox to the whole world .
Almost everyone all around stopped what they were doing and billions of people looked towards the TV screen , internet broadcasting, road commercial screens etc .

[ General POV ]
All eagar to look what the mad scientist looked like . the man upto now for his own selfish pursuit of knowledge and amusement directly or indirectly caused casualties of millions of people and damages worth more than billions.
the news helicopters were circling around the tower with cops helicopters and ranger Corps avian pokemons.
everyone looking toward the 3 man's climbing ladders to reach the top of tower to the helipad .
the city view kind of looked enchanting to all . the quiet abnormally quiet city expressed the anticipation of whole world . The night cold breeze under a moonlight night with maximum of city electricity cut off .
Now fox wasn't simply a fugitive. He was an icon . He was feared , admired, loathed , hated , worshipped etc even before people know anything about himself beside his mad or insane fiascos.
he is hated , feared and loathed by almost whole normal mass people all over the people . due to him millions are death , billions are wasted , lives are destroyed, some handicapped or orphaned. some lost there closest family . or some just lost the sense of security on society due to him . due to his influence crime rates are increasing off the chart . some say he is the devil instigating chaos all over the world .
the pokemon league feared him due to his potential and immoral & sickening lust for knowledge. on the top of that him being a mad scientist. In short according to league if fox isnt apprehended quickly then it will go out of hand when fox becomes an EX class existence.
Various underworld and terrorist organizations feared and admired for his insanity, planning etc . They also feared him the most as they see what he does most than normal people , like brutual human and pokemon experimatations clip of his for helping there researchers . In some minor part of underworld he is worshipped as a God.
All in all fox is an enigma upto to now , famous upto now only for his plans and brutality. with everything else unknown to whole world .
The world then finally saw the glimpse of fox . Standing on the edge of helipad on otherside from the stairs enjoying the enchanting view of quiet city,
then a smooth and mature voice of a young man in early 20s ( disguised ) came out ,
" Beautiful isn't it ? the enchanting peaceful quiet city with the eastern wind .quiet the view dont you guys think "
while still standing on edge looking towards the distant scenery while still enjoying the scenery.
which enraged Lt.Surge and his companions very much who was about to reach the helipad top to confront fox .
then the next moment they reached up they and full world saw the appearance of fox for the first time . white shoes and silky white pants of top class luxurious styles. a pure white shirt on top with a black boa silk long tie with a silverish white coat and silverish gray overcoat . the cuffs of the overcoat had 2 metallic silverish platinum round cuffs with some dragonish designs. he had a slightly long spiky metallic silver smooth hair . Around 6 feet with an athletic figure. seeing them finally reaching up he smiled slightly in graceful way .
various females all around the world would have gone squealing , just containing themselves barely after reminding themselves who this devilish handsome young man was .
he face couldn't be seen as he was wearing a silver fox mask, with metallic gray marks above the eyes, but a more prominent design on the left eye. The mask is tied to his face by a silver thread. The mask had only his mouth and blue platinum pupils exposed.
He was looking otherworldly.
As soon as the 3 of them reached the top of helipad in roof they started blabbering about about denouncing him and being self righteous about justice or something.
To which tans only counter was
" Meh ..... why so serious. just give a second plsssssss( acting cute ) . I wanna say something... HELLLOOO WORLD . HOW ARE YOU GUYS DOING ?"
Tan asked all this smilingly in cute nursery student manner to all the cameras al around like an over excited small kid .
But this didnt work as people watching it only got shivers down their spines.
Lt.Surge and 2 others being got only to confront fox it was uncertain whether fox will be apprehended today .
All just hoped that if not apprehending fox or killing him at they atleast could injure him to destroy some of his plans .
Even that would be relieve to people worldwide as according to rumors even a simple minor plan destroys lives of tens of thousands atleast.
So being angry Lt.Surge ordered his electrovire to thunder punch, the police commissioner had his arcanine to extreme speed & fire blitz and ranger Corp head had his machamp go submission fighting to apprehend fox.
The whole world at that moment was about to erupt in cheers only to get their Hope's crush seeing an almost impossible scene .
First fox released a large silverish white aura( dragon type ) . Then he did the almost impossible dodge by human being to only counter attack using his neo-karate and throughout the massive body towards incoming arcanine and machamp .
then suddenly he took out 3 pokeball . from there 3 large greenish blue colored monsters came out . which the general population all over the world quickly realized as salamence. But weirdly the salamences under fox are almost 2× times their normal species size .
Form that a new frightening thing people in authorities realized that fox is a fucking dragon type top class trainer .
Of the 3 salamences two of them were 2× times normal size but the last one ( Male) was fucking 2.5 times larger.
Lt.Surge and his 2 companions tried various things to defeat the 3 salamences and fox , only to get their strongest pokemons which were basic elite level crushed under the carefree assaults of 2 salamences of 2× times normal size . based on that it could be easily said both of them were at least fucking peak elite class which will eventually go into champion class. and that gaint ass of a salamence which fox was playing with like small kid was at least basic championevel level. therefore fox is a freaking dragon type champion level trainer.
Which scared the shit out of everyone. after few minutes fully crushed Lt.Surge and his companions were half on there knees due to being crushingly defeated and exhausted.
fox seeing this only smiled as he said ,
" meh , meh bad boys . you dont interrupt a person while he is speaking . whatever, I think its enough first introduction dont you guys think ?"
Lt.Surge " SHUT UP !!!!! what do think you are demon . *mild choking sob* due to your madness and insanity chaos is spreading all over the world and now your planning to create more mess in already turmoiled kanto-jhoto. no way I will allow it . I will protect everyone I can even if its cost my life "
other two - " Yes we will stop you even if we die"
It could be said it was the feelings of every common people , but to that fox only remained quiet for a while and then said in a stern serious voice,
"This world is full of things that don't go as you wish. The longer you live the more you realise reality is just made of pain, suffering, and emptiness… Listen… In this world, whenever there is light, there are also shadows. As long as the concept of winners exist, there must also be losers. The selfish desire of wanting to maintain peace causes wars and hatred is born to protect love ..... * squeals* ...dont you think you think I was cool there ? ...."
at first it was a carefree mature tone to his speech only to return to childish part in the at the last portion.
{Now if your thinking how cool tan is lol . he just copied a quote of madara from his favorite anime of previous life naruto .lol . but he didn't know he created a more massive mess for him}
the last question was asked in childish way while tilting his head to on side looking at the downstairs and the massive barricade and similed.
seeing this smile the people all over the world almost pissed on themselves only see the next unexpected.
fox - " well I have enough stated my stay . dont you guys think? well later .Jā ne !!!!! " still in a cute manner with a 2 finger mock salute and recalling his 3 dragons .
Then fox the just faced them and did a free fall while facing his back to ground.
While small area explosives all over the vermillion city that he placed in case of need exploded. Thankfully despite some minority injuries no one died or got serious injuries.
people all over the was hoping fox to die by falling but deep down they know he wouldn't.
as midway freefalling he disappeared.
{ his metagross teleported him to his forest camp 50 km away from the city . it was remaining invisible beside tan the whole time }
Thus concluded the first encounter of fox to rest of the world.
