Chapter 50: the end of the titans
after the two had returned to the camp they learned that percy along with anabeth , and grover the satyr went on a quest to bring back the master bolt,as it turned out luke son of hermes was the culprit and the bolt was returned to zeus who right now had much bigger concerns in the form of his wife,
after that life was going normally for the next few months , in this time Artemis would occasionally drop by to talk with shirou, during the past few months the both had grown closer and could be considered as friends even though both of them harbored feelings for each other, Artemis was afraid that shirou would be hurt by the stinx if she broke her vow , and like wise shirou was afraid that she would leave him if she learned of his past ,like this time went on
after a few months percy was guided to another son of poseidon called tyson, he was a half cyclopes, after that percy was given the quest to bring back the golden fleece to save thalia's tree which was poisoned by luke,
after a long journey through the sea of monsters he managed to complete the quest ans became closer to tyson,
during this time kuroka spent her days trying to find exactly what luke and the others were planning, she found out that kronos was actually controlling luke through his hatred,
even though kuroka was strong enough to beat the entire greek pantheon by herself , she was not confident in defeating one of the oldest titans alive, so she had decided to call her father for help,just as she had sent a signal to her father through her ki, she heard from chiron that artemis was kidnapped by the titan atlas, this immediately enraged shirou who used hrunting to track down atlas,
after searching for a long time they found her kneeling while she held up the sky while atlas was roaming around enjoying his freedom, shirou used structural grasping to know that the sky which she was lifting was the conceptual representation of the sky in the domain created by the greek gods,
he started walking towards atlas under the alarmed eyes of artemis,
"SHIROU STOP!!!!, HE WILL KILL YOU !!!!" she shouted but he ignored her,
" i am the bone of my sword" he said the familiar words in his hands came a sword that was known as the mountain felling sword, a sword created by the gods to fell the titans ,
"ig-alima!!!" he shouted while the sword which was as big as a mountain pressed down on atlas, before he could resist he found himself pressed onto his knees, but atlas did not give up he placed directed his hand towards shirou while a black infinity mark appeared on his palm, immediately a black energy ball gathered on his palm,
artemis , seeing this thought that this was the last time she would see shirou so she said what she had always wanted to say
"i am sorry shirou, i love you, i wish i had more time" she said while crying,
when atlas fired the ball of energy
"AKELEOUS COSMOS!!" it was immediately swallowed up by a green miniature world and disappeared , but immediately everyone was engulfed in a powerful pressure
"ARTEMIS, YOU HAVE BROKEN YOUR VOW, AS COMPENSATION THE ONE CALLED AS SHIROU SHALL DIE!!!" said the incarnation of river stynx, but before she could do anything she was suddenly pressed down onto the ground by a tremendous pressure ,
"seriously, just how bad is your luck??" said a lazy voice which belonged to none other than ikki himself
