Chapter 2: THGS [1]
(Phoenix POV)
Another day, another pay. I'm walking towards the café that I'm working at. It's 3:19 pm I just got out of school. Why am I working you ask?
Well, It's not bad to help your mother about the bills we need to pay. It's just me and my mother, who else will help her?
Anyway, I pushed the door and went inside.
"Good morning beautiful creatures," I said while spreading my arms.
"Who gave her drugs early in the morning?" I saw Finn coming out of the bathroom.
"It's already three in the afternoon you poop brain" I skipped towards the storage room and grabbed my apron.
The writings on the apron said 'Unicorns are real. I'm here'
After I wore my apron I went to the cashier where I'm always at. This is my station, just smile and wave plus, give the order of the customer. Well also pretend that you don't know their orders before they speak to you.
"Okay hornless Unicorns!" Gwen clapped and gained our attention. "Except Phoenix who is actually the offspring of Satan" I rolled my eyes.
"This is payday and also Friday. So I want you all to give all of your best because the son of the owner of 'UniCafé' will be here."
"Why is it so important anyway?" I rolled my eyes at Dylan who is looking at herself on her hand mirror. I opened my mouth to give a sarcastic answer but Gwen beat me to it.
"Well Dylan, if you're interested in having a promotion I recommend you to stay and behave." Gwen smiled sweetly but I know it's fake.
"Anyway let's start!" Finn opened the door while Gwen went to the kitchen, Dylan, on the other hand, did nothing.
A normal day for me. Whoo.
