Chapter 8: The Contract Delivered.
Lillian unlocked her door and placed everything on the table. She got Toby's food and went and took a shower. The day was a long one and she was glad to be home.
While at Carrying Hands she told Carrie about his new proposal for him giving them the building. Carrie still did not like it.
'You have to say no. We can manage the rent by the docks.'
'But it's six thousand dollars a year we would save. I really think it would be worth it. I have time off coming at the nursing home and you keep saying I need time off from here, so what will be the problem. He said no sex.'
'It's your chose but I still don't like it.'
As she got out of the shower she put on her sleeping shorts and a tank top. She went to the kitchen and made a sandwich and sat down at the table and started reading.
This is a thirty day contract between Party A Jack Smith Wolf and Party B Lillian Rose Hood.
Party B agrees to live with Party A for thirty days in Party A penthouse.
Party B is alowed to bring her pet.
Party B agrees to cook, clean, shop, and anything needed for Party A daily living needs.
Party B agrees to sleep in the same room and bed as Party A.
Party A agrees to not have sex with Party B unless Party B asked for sex from Party A.
Party B agree to be Party A's personal caregiver and do anything Party A asked as his daily needs require.
In return for the thirty days of care Party A will give the deed to property on second street currently occupied by Caring Hands to Party B free and clear.
If Party B does not fulfill contract to Party A then Party B forfeit property and Party A can do as they please with so called property.
Sign and date
Everything looked Ok. However she was puzzled about a few wordings. What would his daily needs require? And how did that differ from his daily living needs?
She took out her phone and called his number. He picked it up on the third ring.
"Yes Miss Hood"
"How did you know it was me?"
"I saved your number."
"Oh"
"What can I do for you?"
"Can you explain something in the contract?"
"What would you like explained?"
"What would your daily needs require? And how did that differ from your daily living needs?"
He smiled she was smart to pick up on this. "Well my daily living needs are cooking, cleaning, shopping, getting dry cleaning, anything thing to help me run my life. Where was daily needs would be running a bath, giving me a back massage, or keeping me company."
"Ok"
"So can I ask if you are thinking of signing?"
"You could ask but I still don't know"
"Ok then I won't ask." He laughs at their little word game. "How was work today?"
"Fine and yours?"
"Fine also. Is there anything else you need to know?"
"No that's it. Sorry to bother you."
"No bother call me any time."
"Thank you."
She hung up at reread the contract one more time then decided to sleep on it.

Jake had a big wolfish grin on his face as he hung up with Lillian. What he didn't tell her was some of his daily needs would be sexual satisfaction with out sex itself.
He laid back in bed and put his hands behind his head. He was a big bad wolf after his little red riding hood. He was going to love the games he would have her play.
He drifted off to sleep and dreamed of gobbling up his little red.

The next morning Lillian woke up and reread the contract. It sounded fine so she could not think of any reason why she should not do it. It would help so many people.
She did her morning routine and headed to work. While there she put in for a thirty day vacation. It would start the end of shift on Wednesday. Then she went to Carrie and told her the decision she made.
"I still don't like it but I will support you."
"Thanks, I will work Wednesday night. Thursday my thirty days will start. Can you handle everything?"
"Girl I can get help if needed don't worry about me."
That night when she got home she called Jake. Again he picked up on the third ring.
"Hello Miss Hood"
"Hi"
"What question do you have for me tonight?"
"What do I bring with me?"
"Basic cloths and anything need for your dog. Does that mean you've signed?" He was once again grinning.
"No not yet. I will sign them on Thursday. I'll have everything ready Thursday morning. Where do I go?"
"I'll send a car to pick you up. Be ready please."
"Ok"
"See you then."
Lillian hung up and went to her closest. She pulled out two suitcases and packed her things in one and Toby's in another. Then she jumped in the shower tomorrow was going to be a long day.
Wednesday went by very fast. She turned over all her appointments for the month over to the other social worker at the home. Then got Carrie set up with everything needed to do the dinner cooking and weekend cooking. She was all set to do her thirty days and get her building.
She was excited too to finally get to know the handsome boy a little better she had a crush on in high school.
She had a hard time sleeping and morning came way to soon. At six Am sharp there was a knock on her door.
"Who is it?"
"Miss Hood, I am Zane, Mr. Wolf sent me to get the contract and take you to his penthouse." A man said threw the door.
Lillian opened still in her night clothes. "Give me a second to get dressed. You know its only six right?"
"Yes I know, sorry Mr. Wolf's orders."
"It doesn't start till I sign." She went to her room and dressed in jeans and a pull over. It took her fifteen minutes to get ready.
"Ok there are my bags. We need to walk Toby before we go."
"The contract?"
She pulled the papers from her bag and signed and dated it. Then handed it Zane. He then carried her bags down to the car while she got Toby and locked up.
She walked Toby cross the street in the park and when he was through doing his business she loaded him up in the car and off they went.
