Chapter 5: To protect everything
Harry sat down on the bench near the fountain in garden.
"What is not to like about it nessa?" "You know this day will come right, your father has been preparing for you to take over the company, and part of it is for you to learn the in and out of it. And if you are thinking why im agreeing on going with you, well you clearly knew well why."
I look on Harry face and didnt say anything at all.
one minute...
two minutes....
three minutes...
"Nessa, your 18. and both of you needed to grow on your own." "Uncle Rick, wants what is the best for you and the man you choosen need to proved himself to your father. The he is now doesnt have anything to help you or protect you. If you will say that your gonna give up everything for him then i completely disappointed at you.." "Give up what your father built and protect for you,and as man i cannot take it that my woman will be sacrificing alot for our relationship which should be the other way around."
"Take this chance to grow Nessa, Then maybe you can be the one to protect everything around you."
Harry stand up and leaved just like that..
After talking to Harry i went to my bedroom and prepare for a bath. As i was relaxing my body on the tub filled with roses petals. I was able to think everything clearly. What Harry told me is right. It is unfair for my father if i just drop everything when all he did was provide and think of what is best for me. I knew he cherish his company and spend all his time taking care of me and running business. Its like our company is the second child. I love my father and as her only daugther it is my duty to continue and take care of the business..
It was really nice that when Harry found out about Gabriel he didnt make a fuss about it. They never met each other but i know he trust me thats why he never ask question about it. Or maybe he just have his own way knowing things. Its easy for him to hire somebody to dig everything about Gabriel. Probably he knows more about him than me.
I may sounds unfair but with this he is helping me on not letting my father getting a wind about Gabriel.
"Gabriel, Harry" i sight... it gives me a headache..
Its not like i cannot inform my father about Gabriel. Its just that i know he has a high standard. Whoever im gonna introduce will always be compare to Harry. "haist....."
I went out of the tub, get the towel and wrap it around my hair. After drying myself, i reach out on the lower cabinet and get a clean undies and grab a big white tshirt and went to bed..
I keep on tossing and turning,. i check the time on my phone and its already 3 in the morning.
Im going to meet Gabriel later.
