"Where am I...? ...The last thing I remember is playing monster hunter..." Inside a vast area of void and darkness was a small floating blue orb, "Where are my hands... and my body...?!" The blue orb started to panic, frantically searching for anything in this dark void, but found nothing.
Suddenly out of nowhere, a floating blue box with a colorful wheel appeared in front of the strange orb. A mechanical feminine voice was heard throughout the darkness.
[ Please spin the Monster Wheel to select your Monster body. ]
The floating blue orbed looked at the box curiously yet cautiously, "Is this one of those weird reincarnating themes of those light novels? Why does it say... monster?! Isn't it supposed to be human?!" Deciding to go with the instructions of the only thing in the void, the orb cautiously floated to the color wheel and tapping it.
The wheel started spinning at an alarming rate. [ Spinning Monster Wheel please wait. ] The Monster Wheel started to finally slow down after three minutes, [ Congratulations! The Monster Wheel stopped on the Elder Dragon - Dark Light Dragon - Xeno'jiiva! You will now be reborn as Elder Dragon - Dark Light Dragon - Xeno'jiiva in 5 minutes! You will receive basic information about the new world you're being born into when you arrive. ]
"Wait! Xeno'jiiva? Isn't that the new Elder Dragon in Monster Hunter World? I'll be reborn as Xeno'jiiva? Thank god it didn't stop on something like a Great Jaggi or a Yian Kut-Ku. I got something pretty strong." The orb gathered his thoughts before waiting the remaining minutes before his vision faded to white.

In a cave, there were humungous white translucent crystal structures jutting out of the walls, floor, and roof. In the back of the beautiful crystal cave was a large glowing white orb that seemed to be made out of white luminescent fibers surrounded by large white crystals, as if the crystals were protecting the fiber-like orb.
Suddenly, the large orb started to pulse at a steady pace, as if it was a heart and started to glow brighter. The fiber started to move and a large dragon head poked out. The dragon walked out of the orb and the imposing and majestic body was shown.
The body of the dragon was large, 45 meters to be exact, with an otherworldly appearance. It has two eyes and six orange glowing spots running up the length of its horns. Parts of its body glow ethereal blue, making its skin appear crystalline and translucent. Its wings are frayed at the edge of the membrane and are grayish-blue in color.
'So it really did happen... I was reborn as Xeno'jiiva...' The otherworldly dragon thought to himself as he looked over his raised claw before information started flooding his mind.

'Interesting... this is definitely useful since I am in a different world...' The dragon started moving various parts of his body to get used to it, it didn't take long and followed his new dragon instincts. After getting used to his body, the Dark Light Dragon looked around his surroundings, 'Isn't this
area called the Confluence of Fates? Where you first confront Xeno'jiiva?' His thoughts were interrupted by a mechanical feminine voice.
[ Successfully reborn as Elder Dragon - Dark Light Dragon - Xeno'jiiva! Would you like to assimilate basic knowledge of the world? ]
'Yes.'
As the dragon gave the voice the mental command, a splitting headache assaulted his mind. Knowledge of the world around him assimilated into his mind and memories.
The world he was on was named Remnant Realm and was made up of five different continents, Hidden Dragon Continent, Heavenly Dragon Continent, Cloud Dragon Continent, Divine Dragon Continent, and Central Dragon Continent. The Central Dragon Continent was surrounded by the other four continents with the Central Dragon Continent being the strongest out of the continents and Hidden Dragon Continent the weakest.
In this world, humans, magical beasts, and other races cultivate. They gather qi from the surroundings and natural treasures to gather in their bodies to become stronger and break through different cultivation stages. These Stages in cultivation include Yellow Realm, Black Realm, Earth Realm, Sky Realm, Heaven Realm, Saint Realm, Earthly Saint Realm, Heavenly Saint Realm, and more with each realm having 10 stages.
He was reborn in the Mysterious Beast Mountain Range which was located between three continents, Hidden Dragon Continent, Heavenly Dragon Continent, and Central Dragon Continent. The Mysterious Beast Mountain Range was divided between the outskirts, outer range, and inner range with beasts getting stronger as you enter deeper. Although the Mysterious Beast Mountain Range was between the three continents, normal experts don't dare enter into the inner part since it was rumored that saint magical beasts or stronger live there. Due to the allure of different treasures, people risk their lives to explore the mountain range.
In the Remnant Realm, different items such as Cultivation Techniques, Martial Arts Techniques, Pills, Earthly and Heavenly Treasures were ranked differently. Their ranks were Mortal, Earth, Sky, and Heaven.
'Hmm since I'm in a new world and technically born, I'll need a new name... I want to become powerful so I will, of course, need a powerful name... Tianlong which means Heavenly Dragon is a good fit! My name will be Tianlong from now on!'

'Yes.'
[ Congratulations! You have been named 'Tianlong'! ]
'Now that the trivial stuff is out of the way I need to scout around and gather supplies for survival. This cave already has water so I'll have to get food.' Looking around the surroundings, the newly named Tianlong drank water and headed for the exit to get food since he was literally just born not even 30 minutes ago.
Walking out of the Confluence of Fates cave and exiting, the dragon looked around and saw a vast beautiful forest with mountain piercing the clouds in the background. 'I should be in the outer region of the Mysterious Beast Mountain Range. In the corner of his eye, the young dragon saw a magical beast. It was a giant, grey colored boar with long and sharp ivory tusks. Looking at the boar, Tianlong activated his [ Appraisal ] ability.

'Although the level may seem intimidating, its only Yellow Realm Stage 4, 3 stages higher than mine, but I can probably defeat him with the skills I have and my superior bloodline.' Looking at the boar, he started to walk over and decided that it will be his first meal.
The boar, looking at the intimidating beast in front of him, was very fearful before looking at its cultivation. He saw the beast was only at Yellow Realm Stage 1, it got overconfident and growled at it.
Tianlong looked at the confident boar in front of him, rushed up to it with his fastest speed before using his [ Enhanced Claws ]. His claws shown an ethereal white and blue color before connecting it to the boar's body, flinging it into a tree. Tianlong's body and mouth glowed white and blue and used [ Dragon Breath ] to shoot out a concentrated beam of white and blue fire on the boar that was struggling to get up, killing it instantly. The boar couldn't defend himself against the superior predator.

'This is my first time killing something. But I don't feel guilty, I only see it as my meal. Is it because I'm a Monster?' Deciding to think on this at another time, Tianlong ate his fill before heading into the cave and sleep.
Laying down on crushed crystals, Xeno'jiiva only had one thought going through his head. 'This is going to be fun.'
