Chapter 7: Cultivation (2)
After more than a month of cultivating his life essence, Zhen Long was able to completely change his blood.
Even without moving, he can feel his body undergoing in some changes, as his pure black blood slowly increased the strengthening of his body.
He estimated that his prowess is at, Nascent Profound Realm. He was sure that he was already unbeatable within that realm.
And, he hasn't even started cultivating yet. All he did was to increase his life force and vitality.
Zhen Long felt the profound energy within his origin veins, and it was almost full.
However, what he did next was unexpected…
"Disperse!" He unhesitatingly guided the profound energy within his body to outside.
'Those profound energies were used to boost my blood marrow's capacity to produce more of my blood. Its now impure, and it would only harm myself.'
He slowly opened his eyes, as he stood from the ground.
He slowly went towards south, as he halted before an impregnable wall.
Zhen Long step backward, as he tensed his legs. His right arm was pulled backward, as his left arm was pushed forward.
'What I need is to try everything I've got.' He inwardly thought, as his eyes sharpened.
His leg suddenly trembled in extreme force, as his right arm swiftly struck the wall.
*Thud* A heavy sound resounded across the cave, as the sturdy wall visibly trembled upon impact.
"..." He slowly walked away and sat once again on the center.
"Gather!" He said loudly, as the profound energy around him trembled.
The wall he struck a while ago suddenly emitted golden runes, as it shone brilliantly.
What he actually did when he struck the wall, was to undid the restriction placed on the profound array. It was also, so he can amplify the purity of the profound energy within the cave.
The profound energy slowly changed into of higher quality. Something that was usually only found in places with higher concentration of life force.
"Gather!" His voice resonated like a thunder within the cave, as the pure profound energy vibrated further.
"Gather!!" He roared in agitation, as his vibrant green eyes shone with authority.
*Bang* The profound energy all shuddered, as they suddenly turned into mist.
The profound energies within the cave are now of the highest quality.
"Vermillion Bird…" He mumbled as he silently conveyed his gratitude. This place was actually something that the bird accidentally slept in, which resulted the place to contain high purity of profound energy.
"Now, gather!" He said loudly, as a hint of ancientness and authority flowed out of his body.
The profound mist around him swiftly swept towards Zhen Long, as he absorbed every single bit of those energy.
