Chapter 1: Classy part 1
She opened her eyes in the dark and dusty room. Having two lamps lit she was able to see the room clearly. Sara! She heard Ms Marks call her name from downstairs. What is it? She called back. When she got no answer she flipped over the aqua colored bed sheets and slipped on her pink polka dot slippers stomping down the stairs.
What is it? She replied impatiently stomping into the kitchen. We have guest today so please be on your best behavior. Ms Marks replied with a light smile. That's it? replied Sara. When have I ever acted impolite in front of guest? She asked. Ms Marks gave her a awkward smile before going back to cooking breakfast. Sara decided to get dressed hearing about the news.
Usually she had no concern for the world and rather sleep in as late as possible but she was now curious about the so called visitors. The orphanage Sara lived in hardly ever had guest's . People thought that the girls that lived there were either to old or impolite. Sara didn't mind though, liking her own space and not being told what to do all of the time.
Ms Marks was a kind lady but snapped at times. Which was reasonable saying Sara had a bad "attitude" but what was wrong with a little sass. Gotta stand up for your self if nobody else will right?
She throwed on her favorite polka dot dress and some sneakers colored pink. Her favourite color is pink representing her favorite animal. A pig. The other girls liked to make fun of her for that until she eventually snapped at them. She liked pigs loud attitude and how they were not afraid to talk back, she thought they were rather cute too.
After trying to run a brush through her curly blonde hair but eventually giving up she went back downstairs to find all five girls who she lived with to be standing in the living room with Ms Marks. Next to them sitting on the sofa was a man who looked like he was in his late forties maybe and a boy who was around the age of seventeen. Two years older than her.
They were sitting on the sofa when she barged in. Hello Sara, these are our guests Mr malcom and Young master Luke. She chuckled hearing the fancy names. Luke shot her a confused look. Noticing it Ms Marks quickly changed the topic. Ahem. She cleared her throat before speaking. Mr Malcom and Master Luke will be looking for a girl to take in to work for them. All the girls shot eachother suprised looks.
