Chapter 2: Missing Kid
"Mommy! mommy! mommy!" the young girl shouted while crying. She looks like she's looking for her mom.
"Hey kid!" i said while making a step to get near her.
"Mommy! mommy! my mommy!" she cried so loud so i hug her
"Baby, listen, i'm gonna help you find your mom, but first you need you hold back your tears and tell me what happened okay?"
"Really?!? Promise? Are you not a bad guy?" she said while trying to hold back ger tears.
"Do i look like a guy? Hahaha" and by that she smiled and gave her trust to me.
"So tell me what happened." i added
"She told me to play, so i play with those kids" and she pointed to some kids
"And then, she talk to me not to leave here and she just gonna buy some foods. But it's almost an hour when she left." and she started crying again, i check my bag if i got some sweet coz' my grandma used to gave me sweets to calm me and thank God there is and i gave it to her.
"Here, have some it helps you calm, and i'm gonna call cops okay?" she just nodded as she accept my offer. I contact the cops and reported about what happened they said they'll arrive in a minute.
"Miss, by the way what's your name?" she ask while sobbing.
"I'll tell when you stop crying..." i said and gave her a smile. She wipe her tears and trying hard to stop crying and ask me again
"I'm fine now, so what's your name?" argg!! she's so cute!
"Bella.. Bella Williams"
"You look like an angel! Can i call you Angel Bella?"
"Do i? but you said earlier i'm a guy..."
"No... I just ask if you are a bad guy, sorry..." and she make a sad face
"Nah! I'm just kidding! Yes, you can call me what ever you want... How about you what's your name?"
"Zara Nathalie Snow"
"What a cute name! Your surname is white as your attitude and your name is cute as you" she gave me a smile
"Thank you!"
"Bella?!" Someone behind my back said so i turn around
"Ohh! Aaron! Why are you here?" Yes it's Aaron
"Ahh i just live near here and just walking to get some air, how about you?" and he look to Zara
"We're just neighbors?!?"
"Really? You live here? No wonder why we bumped to each other a week ago, by the way who is she? Your sister?"
"Ahhh no, a missing kid.."
"Really?! I'll help you find her parents.."
"I already called the cops and they'll be here soon" I said eith a smile.
"Okay i'll wait here with you.."
"Really? Are you not busy?"
"Nah, not really and it's weekend hahaha"
"Okay if you insisted, have a seat!" and he sitted. I tell him what happened and he seems shock, who wouldn't be?
Not too long, the cops arrive and ask what happened and they ask Zara her name and some personal info about her and her mother.
"Excuse me, who called us?" the cop said
"I did." i said
"Can i talk to you in a moment?"
"Sure.." and we moved a little bit far from Zara but i leave Aaron with her.
"So here's the thing, based on what she stated, maybe the mother planned to abandon her because there is no reported about missing kid or something might happened to her mom, that's the case"
"So what will happened? Can you do something so that she can go back to her family?" I asked worriedly
"She said that she only lived with her mom, but i already as some help to where she live and her mother's occupation, but it will take long.."
"Can i stay with her until we find her mother?"
"Okay let's have an agreement while we're looking to her mom, you can wander around so that she will not be stressed out..."
"Okay thank you ma'am!" as we had that agreement we go back to Zara.
"Miss Williams, Here's my number contact me if needed and a money for her expenses.." i take the number but i refuse the money
"No ma'am, you don't need to.. Here's my number by the way.." She take my number and face Zara.
"Hey little dear, we're going to find your mom but first you need to have fun okay? they will be will you to wander you around, be good okay?"
"Yes i will, but please find my mom!" She smiled but there'ams a tears falling from her eyes
"Okay don't cry! Here's money for you to buy you want, i gave you this because she refuses. Hahaha Enjoy okay?" and she gave the money to Zara.
"Thank you so much, you and angel Bella are truly an angel, i will call you angel cop! hehehe"
"How about me?" Aaron said
"You are my angel Bella's boyfriend!" and because of that he chuckled and i was shocked
"Zara! He's not my boyfriend! He's just a friend.." i defended
"Yeah i know, a friend, but he's a boy so boyfriend! hehehe" Everyone's laughing. If she's aren't a kid i might just leave her by her self!
"Okay, i'll go a head and find your mom! I'll call you Bella if i got something! Enjoy!" and she leave
"Ahmmm excuse me!" Zara said
"Yes?" i asked
"Can your boyfriend join us?" she asked
"Baby, his not my boyfriend okay? And Aaron are you gonna join us?"
"Ofcourse! I told you that i'll be will you until we find her mom." He said confindently
"Okay! LEZ GO! wait where? HAHAHA"
"Ahmmm can you hold this money? Coz' i might lost it!"
"Ohhh right!" Aaron said and take the money
"So where to you want to go? mall? arcades? or somewhere around this park?"
"Ahhh! Why don't we go to mall first to buy Zara's stuff and go to arcades then come back here?" Aaron said
"I love that idea!" Zara replied
"So let's go?" I said and they agreed.
