Chapter 2: The Second Phase
Suraj prepared well and now the day of his examination came where he was full of anxiety. He was very nervous as well as excited for his first competitive examination. He had put in all his efforts for the competition. He went for the examination and everyone was very worried for him . Then after 3 long hours suraj came out of the examination hall after giving the JEE MAINS . He was very happy and looked as if he would bring his rank under 1000.
After few days came the results . The results were showing his hard work. He had a rank of AIR753. He was very happy and was now preparing for JEE ADVANCE . He had made all his teachers , friends and specially his parents proud of himself. Now the day for the examination of ADVANCE came . He gave the examination and after few days the results came .This time the results were such that made all the people related to him so much proud of him that all his teachers and friends came to his house to congratulate him. He was very happy and full of good spirits. He had scored a total of 299 out of 360 and got AIR43 .
He got admission in IIT Kanpur. Now for 4 long years he had to complete his course of BTech. He aimed to study day and night in IIT. He had to now leave for IIT Kanpur. He reached his destination and started to study from his 1st day. He had taken electronics has his field.He was a studious boy who loved to do practical work. IIT was the correct place for him. He was very comfortable in that place for he would get a total of 18 hours a week for practical. He was studying very hard.
Sometimes he had some problems in certain semester in 4years but he achieved his BTech degree in the end.
He had not only achieved a degree but had also got many lifetime experiences. He had also played wonderfully in some games due to which he had a good background.
In the end of third year he was offered a job from a local company which had just started a year ago . They offered him a salary of 40000per month that meant a lot for his family and he was also promised promotion on yearly basis. He said yes for the job. After a year he got his degree and then started to work for that company. He took a small house on rent but his family of living in Kolkata only because his father could not leave his job. He sarted his work in the company....
