Lars was telling them that they had the will of the D which made them quite special, at this point lars had given everyone a new set of clothes. He had recruited 90 out of 100 people and more were still coming, he had to kick some out since they had bad intentions. Sarah had decided to join and was quite good at management, she could manage the base while Lars was out. Lars needed 5 managers but only had 3 at the moment. The 3 managers he had so far were Sarah, Jayce, and Baron who would at least need a talent stat of 8.5 or higher, so lars needed 2 more. Sarah said she would search for some candidates later and bring them to lars so he could interview them, she had good luck as she found both baron and Jayce who both had 8.8 in talent. Sarah was quite good at hand to hand combat and liked to fight, so lars told her to call the other 2 managers. Lars wanted to give them a devil fruit ability, all his managers had to be stronger. Sarah had a Yellow Card which made her a lieutenant but she was the 3rd-grade. The other 2 were sergeant 2nd grades so this meant they had white cards.
After about 10 minutes the 3 of them gathered. Jayce had dark grey hair that looked like ash, he stood 6,3 in height, he was 23 and wanted to get strong badly. Baron is a tall man standing at 8,7 which made him stand out amongst the crowd. He has golden hair with tan skin and a full beard, he is 28 in age and was eager to join lars when Sarah found him secluded in the junkyard.

He could also amp up the speed but he wasn't ready for higher levels. Lars had a bunch of these set up at his base for people to train with, he had other things to improve them as well.
Lars had given his people a tent to sleep in outside so they wouldn't have sleep on the hard ground. Lars had his bed, he always kept it with him. Lars climb in his bed, he was ready for tomorrow as this would be a big day for him. Lars closed his eys falling to sleep in high expectation for the next day.
