Synopsis

I read this book raw last year and I love the FL. She's strong, smart and scheming. Eventhough she's an actress, overused career for FL in Chinese novel but she's different from others. Second part of the novel was the alternate story on FL's mother's love story. She did not passed away and FL had different kind of childhood from what she had earlier.
Amazing story! FL is so strong, I love her character. Plus I also love ML. I have read raw chapters. ML slowly but gradually fell in love with FL. He is arrogant and rude in the start but later on he loves her so much. I love this character development. In all other novels it’s like love at first sight but here in this novel both characters slowly fall in love. ML mother is so cute. FL describes ML mother as simple and kind woman. I love the interaction between FL,ML and his mother. Spoiler: In the start ML mother doesn’t like FL attitude, so once ML takes FL to his home and was about to do the deed with her. The clothes were already on the ground and ML mother started knocking on the door and didn’t stop until he wears his clothes and open the door. Then on dining table, FL teases the mother by saying that she may get pregnant with her grandson. Mother says that I called you right after you entered the room so you are lying, but FL says ML was very fast. Maybe he has some problem. Then FL says let me give you grandson before ML condition worsens. And ML mother takes FL seriously. ML says to his mother please do shopping , have party with your friends, buy expensive jewelry but leave the rest to me cause your IQ is so small 😂😂 And ML father has a mistress/lover , so once FL told ML mother that she will open a new world to her today. I don’t know the details clearly because of google translation. But at midnight, they make a scene. FL receives a porn video on her phone from her assistant. And they play it and shake the car and make it like ML fathers’ mistress is having sex with some other guy and show it to ML father. And ML mother look at FL and is impressed by her skills 😂 and then they both return to their hotel and ML caught them. He asks where were you both at this late hour. They both lied 🤥 FL says we were running, mother says we were seeing the moon. Then ML snatches phone from FL and watches that video and asks her is the man in video more handsome than me. Why were you watching that 😂😂

So far so good, I’m really into the FL. She’s not someone who hides her role, even a little, but fully embraces it and uses it to her advantage. I wish there was more stories like this that has a strong FL in her world instead of strong FL that transmigrate into another world. The author’s roundabout way of hiding side characters that makes us gravitates towards them then unleashes their identity to us is really good in only the first 14 chapters. I only wish that this story could have been a little more detailed, like for the settings. The appearance details are good.
Seems so much alike to the plot of other stories, hoping to read different and unique plots, different approach of revenge, incredible tactics and strategies on dealings those j*rks and b*tches
I really love FL character. Though it's still early but I can guarantee that this novel is very interesting especially the character of the FL. She's kinda refreshing unlike others FL. If you read this you will feel the urge to continue reading it till the end (but its only 50+ chapter hehehehe) and asking for MASS RELEASE 🤣🤣🤣. Don't bother spending your coins. This book hasn't updated in at least 4 months. Sadly alot of people got cheated out of coins for chapters they prepaid for and never got to read. I blame WebNovel. the chinese version is already complete but this translated version will never be. Sad because it was one of the best female lead romance novels I had read on this site. a warning to all readers don't bother getting premium chapters for ANY novel over the initial 2 extra chapters. They all seem to end the same way and half the time you don't get your extra chapters you paid for.

Another great book dropped by webnovel due to not enough people spending money on it. I read the book up to chapter 955. The translations were great, and updates were regular as clockwork. Then it stopped. On a cliffhanger no less. No explanations. I would give webnovel my middle finger but i dont think they would give a f**k

I need to applaud the great work and efforts the translator put into making this a masterpiece to read. I've read the RAW version and in comparison to the translated work, I'd gotta say, work of art indeed. 10/10 would recommend. I do not wish to spoil anything, but so far the story and it's pacing is amazing to read. Great quality work!
The translation for 2/3 of this book is not very good. But the storyline is so amazing and sometimes funny that i just ignore the errors in translation. I really love all the main characters esp qingsi and yue tingfeng. Some couples made me cry (shaoguang/mianmian, xiao ai/you yi) but glad that all have their happy endings. The second chance given to these characters made me appreciate this story so much more! This book will definitely be a part of my favorite list! ❤️❤️❤️
I've really enjoyed reading this book and the characters are all interesting to say the least. I especially love the ML and FL because they're not your typical mary sue FL and stoic (my words are Golden) ML. And the ML's mother is so precious, especially when she basically kicks her son away for the FL and I love seeing her bicker with her son for the FL's attention. And you can tell how much the trio genuinely care for each other and the FL becomes attached to her early on because she gives the FL that motherly love that she craves since the death of her mother. Honestly we don't see stories like this very often which is such a shame, because she can see the depths in the characters which is another rare thing. So I hope the updates resumes soon.
Nah i wont really recommend this..though this is a good story but i think Whoever is decidIng this for release or whatSoever is toying us all..i would rather put it in the garbage! Like what the hell its 4441 chapters and were only 900+ and its almost a year now..the worst thing is after the revelations of qingsi’s Mother birth right they decided to Release 2 chapTers from originally 3 chapters a day!
