Chapter 12: Fish-Man Island 2
William POV:
While docking the ship, Raleigh, Carl and I got off.

After ten minutes of walking, we arrived at the throne room, after Udaijin opened the door, a great throne sitting on a triton and beside him a small throne sitting on a mermaid.

Otohime is a normal human sized siren. His golden blond hair is partially retained in two loops. She also has green eyes, thick eyelashes and pink lipstick.
She wears a very long white kimono with a cream carp pattern along the hem and a scarf around her shoulders that floated behind her head.
Rayleigh: I came here to visit you, and leave a child to train here; I hope you'll be there when he has problems.
